      I bought a 2016 ***** traverse from ok carz in December 2023 in April 2024 the motor seized up I had it towed to pep boys after two weeks they replaced the motor when I picked it up they told me I needed a new battery which I hadn't had any problems a hour and half after I picked up the car the ** quit I called pep boys they told me to bring it back i did the told me it's a bad line and there not responsible for it i contacted the warranty **** and they denied it said it wasn't covered by my warranty three weeks later it broke down again I had it towed to pep boys again after a week and a half they tell me it's the starter which is not covered i paid them **************************************************************** it's something in the motor is bad and needs to go to the ***** dealership and be checked i took it to regal ***** after 2 weeks they say motor is bad and needs to be replaced the following Monday someone called me from the warranty company told me they were having my car towed to either pep boys or ok carzs and getting my 500 dollars back for the starter after calling for a few days the warranty company tells me my car is at ok carz and out of there hands I've been calling for over a week no one i talk to knows about my car and keep transferring my call to service **** voice mail which I've left several messages no call backs can someone please tell me whats going on its been 6 weeks since i took it in

      The sales was person was great but the car we bought one month ago to date has been in the repair shop 5times I haven't even made my first payment yet.Then I stopped by to talk to someone about the car and the manager was very rude and all I wanted was answer to why they put a broken car on the lot and sold it, then told me I could give the car back and not get a refund if I wasn't happy. Not a way to act with a customer that just paid over $20000 for a car from them

      I purchased a 2018 *********** February.. I left them a great Review. 2 WEEKS later the car end up at ************ because the engine light came on, it started running bad , and the front plastic protecting Under the car started ripping off. I left my vehicle for about a week at their Repair shop 40 minutes from my home. Spent additional money on Lyfts and a rental. Today is mar 28 , they repossessed my car 2 days ago because I was 5 days late on my payments that they agreed to make an arrangement on . I received a bill for ****** even though I still have the temporary tags and paid almost $2000 to them. This is disgusting and ok cars and their financing department are scammers . I am taking this to Court

      I think they are a scam because they don't me that their mechanic looks at every car to make sure that it has no issues before they sell them. I a bought 2016 ***** trax it seemed to run about perfect during the test drive everything seemed good cold ac good response. This car is automatic when I stopped at a light during the test drive I thought the car rolled backwards I asked the sales agent if that just happened she said no so I tried to stop somewhere that had a slight hill to see if it does that it didn't go y it again so I thought it was in my head we got back to the lot I further looked at car and found out the heater core was leaking for them and they said we can't sell you the car now because something's wrong with it but I thought to myself it's only a heater core if that's all that's wrong I still would like to take the car and I will fix that they call their bosses their bosses approved it so they didn't say it I bought a piece junk since I've had the car less than a month and she's already gone out had to change the alternator had to change the heater core and now there's something wrong with suspension as well as the oil leaks and this is supposed to be a car that the mechanics look at and all these things are already wrong with it they didn't look at the car they covered up all these facts so they can sell it and I'm a sucker that bought it I don't recommend okay cars to anybody I even mentioned something about that car has a lot of problems when I went to go pick up my tag and they just looked at me and didn't say nothing and now I have dumped money in something I've already dumped way too much in. All this hassle form a car is supposedly only has ****** miles on it I'm not even sure if that's true

      MY NAME ANONYMOUS I Have a 2015 KIA ****** that I Purchase from OK CARZS IN ********* on September 2023.I have had Problems with It Since . My Motor was Bad Making a lot of Noise. Ok CARZ Warranty DID REPLACE THE ****** The Vehicle was in *************** Shop for a Couple of Months. I was Without Transportation For All That Time. I Couldn't Afford a Rental for the Time My Car was in the *************** SHOP. I had to take UBER OR PAY FOR A RIDE VERY INCONVENICNCE. I was Still Making Payments on the Vehicle. I STILL HAVE THE ************ I was not Able to Trade the Vehicle in for a NEWER VEHICLE . I DONT HAVE $4000 TO PUT DOWN.THE CAR DEALER SHIP WILL TRANSFER YOUR REMAINING PAYMENTS TO A NEW VEHCILE PUTTING YOU MORE IN DEBT.MY ADVICE TO EVERY ONE PLEASE READ THE OK CARZ REVEIW BEFORE GETTING A VEHICLE.IF YOU PURCHASE FROM OK CARZ GET EXTRA VEHICLE PROTECTION ON YOUR VEHICLE.IT Will PAY FOR EVERY THING THAT OK CARZ WARRANTY DONT COVER.ATLAS VEHICLE PROTECTION VEHICLE WITH ******* MILES OR LESS QUALIFY IT COVER TOWING IT COVER RENTALS IT COVER A LOT OF STUFF

      They stole my down deposit I only had the car for a week then the engine light came on and I told them. I took the car back to the lot and they told me I could get my money back.

      I do not recommend coming to them. They are full of it. I got a car with them and only had it for 14 before they came and got it. I tried to call on my day off to see what’s going on to correct it and the finance company they have telling me there is nothing they can do to come get my stuff for $50 and it’s only been 6 days. The finance company called me one time and left one voicemail stating this they first and last time calling me. I am a single mother of 3 kids and work graveyard shift and they still telling me there is nothing we can do.

      They are a typical bait and switch dealer. Car is was interested in wasnt on the lot. Price online went up 10000 dollars when I started the application.

      I had a horrible experience at OKCARZ....I got 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan this past Saturday the 6th of May...when I got home and went to lock the car..the remote did not work...my husband popped the hood....the Coolant fluid was low...the oil level was low...there is a Wiper blade on the rear of the van needed to be replaced...there was no windshield washer fluid was empty.....oh and then today..the 8th of may...the check engine light came on....I did take it back to okcarz 3 hours after I bought and they do a thing for me...all they said was if I brought it back..it could be a repo...I gave them $1100 down ..have not made a payment yet and they claim it would be a repo.....now I have an appointment o. Wednesday at a repair shop they told to take it to...I refuse to drive the van as I am afraid of what could happen with that check engine light on...
