            I brought my cat Betty to AMC for grooming because I had brought her to them before for grooming and veterinary help. She was returned to me heavily bruised, and because it didn't heal properly because they had shaved not only her fur but multiple layers of skin, it required surgery to fix. AMC refused to fix their mistake, or even offer an apology after given pictures that proved they were at fault. I had to go to Santa Fe Animal Hospital to help her. They refused to pay for the surgery or even offer a refund. They woman on the phone even refused to let me speak to the lead veterinarian about the matter, and hung up on me when I became insistent. She even had the nerve to try to accuse me of animal abuse for scalping my own cat. It turns out that the woman on the phone, Viki, admitted to being the one who groomed her. The licensing board refused to take action because it was my word against theirs, and I'm assuming they lied about my cat's history. Too many docs to upload, can email
