Product arrived in mail that i did not order.Last January I cancelled an error order on 01 05 2024 that was a trick order online. After giving all my info they changed the order to an upgrade and added more products. they had sent a confirmation email at that time and i contacted them immediately to cancel see email snapshot.yesterday march 23 an unusual package came in the mail I read on it the words keto and no other business name. Looked up my **** of America account snapshot also enclosed and there is again a charge for ******. Same products same amount. I did not place this order.Cannot find a company through the name they gave to Bof A with the fraudulent charge. They give no info to contact them.Found a po box address on the package and looked up the address and found your other complaints on this po box address. Did not place any order with this company and it is very sketchy how they have not company contact name or info. Thank youInitial Complaint

Ordered 6 bottles of the keto gummies and canceled the order the same day and they sent the order anyway. When the order came I sent it back. I didn’t open the package and done return to sender through the Post Office. They said they would only give me $130 back because I didn’t have a return number on the package. I have been waiting since March 6,2023 and have gotten no refund from them. I have been sending emails to them ever since March and they just give me the run around about why it hasn’t been sent. I want a full refund of $259.98.
