I purchased 6 bottles of a supplement from H3335343**934323**934H on May 16, 2024. Order #**F50EAEC3. I received the order and reviewed the ingredients with my employer and it was found that I could not take the supplements. Contacted H333**1343737353432H, said I could return all 6 unopened bottles. Zen leaf received all 6 unopened bottles on June 3, 2024. Zen Leaf supposedly issued a refund on June 6, 2024 to my credit card. They said to allow 5-7 days. At the time of this complaint it has been 13 days and I still have yet to receive my refund. Then on June 17, 2024 they cancelled my order? I have no idea what that was about and I cannot get them to answer me as to what it was about. My credit card company has no outstanding/pending refund from Zen Leaf. Zen Leaf states All funds have been released on our end, and the rest of the process depends on your bank and is now out of our scope of support. Once we release the funds, it is entirely dependent on your bank to finalize the refund.. I have spoken to my credit card company and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do because they have NO refunds to process and to keep asking H333**1343737353432H to process the refund. I have a trail of emails, calls between H333**1343737353432H and myself and I just keep getting the run around.
