On November 16th, 2023, I had a initial consultation by one of the dentists with some cosmetic concerns. It was recommended and agreed the Invisalign would be the way to go. I was told at that time after evaluating my mouth it would probably take anywhere from 5-6 months. Sometime in March I expressed concerns it did not appear the Invisalign was attached properly to the teeth. It was confirmed by the initial dentist they will need to make new trays as number #5 tray was not moving the front teeth as it should. Well on my next visit I had a new dentist as the original one was no longer there. Her response was she was not as familiar with this type of Invisalign, but it appeared we would need to order different trays. I waited another two weeks to go back and was told the place they were going to order these trays they were not set up with, but the trays I have now suddenly look good. What? It was obvious they were not seeding properly but had no choice as I was leaving the country. Another appointment was scheduled. Upon arriving at this appoinment I was told again the last dentist I had quit too and had no dentist. I was told they really did not have an answer for me at this point as there was not a dentist that could do the work or recommend the next steps. At that point I had enough. I said I wanted the clips on my teeth removed and wanted my money back. Nobody in the office could do this.I was given a name of *************************, who supposedly is the regional supervisor and have left numerous messages, no return phone call. As of know I had to go to a orthodontist who removed the clips on my teeth. This procedure has not only wasted a lot of my time and energy but has caused by teeth to shift in a way my bite is off. Now, my simple cosmetic procedure has become more involved. They looked at what I was wearing and it was quite obvious this procedure was done incorrectly.I have requested at this point a full refund of $3800.00.
