We recently ordered our son a red flyer wagon from pinecraft.com for the holidays. It arrived when expected and was extremely easy to assemble. Right away we were impressed with the quality of the base, rails, and heavy duty tires. We have used it for about two months now and couldn't be happier. It's one of our son's favorite toys to ride in for neighborhood strolls and throughout the yard. We are now looking into a play ground set for the summer time!

What ever you do, do not order from this company unless you know for SURE what the product is. I ordered two polywood rockers that were supposed to be more of the granny style rocker. I had been able to sit in a neighbors rockers that were identical to what we thought these would be. We waited 5 months to get the rockers. When we finally got them, they did not sit you in the relaxed position. They were more of the typical straight back. I even went to the trouble to get my neighbors chairs and measure theirs with Pinecrafts chairs. We could not figure out why they didn't fit right. Since these were $500 apiece, we could not keep these because they were not sitting properly for our tall family. It is not the type of chair that I wanted. After taking numerous pictures and sending them to a 'mike' that we were told to send them to...we never got a response. EVER. Then after threatening we were given another name and a Christie responded. There was no help in trying to figure out how to return these. We already have to pay a 15% restocking plus the cost of shipping. We couldn't send them back the way they came because they came on a pallet that was broken and wrapped tightly in plastic that could not be saved. After numerous calls and 2 1/2 weeks we finally got some information to return them. Haven't received my refund and not sure they will follow through with that. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IF THE ITEM ISN'T WHAT YOU THOUGHT...THEY DON'T CARE AND DO NOT WANT TO REFUND YOU!

We work with about 30 different Amish manufacturer's around the country. We offer 33 different porch rockers to choose from and have never had a complaint like this one. All of our items are custom handcrafted to order and lead times are clearly listed on our website. With the supply chain and labor issues experienced throughout the country this past year, we were effected as were our manufacturers, which have extended our lead times.

There was nothing defective about these chairs. They were received as described. The dimensions are accurately listed and just because they didn't "fit" in them does not make them defective. Our shipping and return policies are clearly listed: https://www.pinecraft.com/shipping-and-return-policy

4. You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it:

All purchases are final. We cannot accept returns on personalized items, special order items, custom items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear and some outdoor furniture and accessories. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping costs will be paid by customer.

We contacted the customer to review the return policy with her. She decided to return them and was aware of the 15% restocking fee. Once we confirm that the manufacturer has received them in good condition, we'll refund the customer.
