Purchased a new home, from **** Homes. We closed Feb 10, 2023, immediately noticed a breaker was tripped, but everytime breaker was reset, it would trip when anything was plugged in. The outlet was kitchen counter, the breaker tripping was dishwasher. Was told that the earliest appointment was March 15, 2023 by **** Homes ************** I had to hire my own electrician, since ******** REFUSED to call me back.Electrician found 4 neutral lines were misfires, 2 in breaker box, two in recessed outlet. This could have started a FIRE, but Edmonson could care less. ******* from Edmonson, lied to **************, saying she spoke with us. This company does shotty work and does NOT care about the quality of their work or fixing their mistakes. I'm out $153.00, but at least I don't have to worry about a new house burning down to inept wiring. This company should not be allowed to do business.

Edmonson Electric received a warranty request from the Builder for a tripping breaker. Our **************** Rep gave the Builder's warranty Rep the 3/15/23 date for our Tech to visit home and then left a voicemail on the customer's phone. We do not have record of our Rep telling the Builder they spoke to the Homeowner and the Builder Rep did not convey any necessary expedited response.   We understand that the time frame for the service call was extended and will refund the customer the $153 service call he paid to have repair done. I'll reach out to the customer to determine payment method.

We will use this as a teaching tool for our Customer Rep to make sure the right questions are asked to determine the needed response .

SQ D has hired Electrical Contractors to handle the verification and or remediation on the panels for existing homeowners. Edmonson is doing the remediation on home under construction. SQ D has a phone number ************** and website se.com/us/qoloadcenter-safetyrecallnotice for homeowners to use for scheduling . The homeowner was given this information when they contacted us. We were not made aware there were any other items of concern so we referred the homeowner to the Sq D contacts. The BBB complaint listed 2 other concerns the homeowner has so we have contacted them to schedule a service call and we will address all of the concerns including the panel remediation .
