I use and highly recommend Brothers Pest Control for lawn care. After rotating though several different lawn companies over a period of 23 years, I have found Brothers to be the most effective at developing and maintaining a healthy lawn. Florida lawns are generally vulnerable to a variety seasonal problems...some lawns more so than others. It often takes time, effort, and expertise to remedy some situations My technician, Dom, takes time to listen. He is conscientious about his work and does not rush. Anytime I have questions and call the office, the owners are quick to return my call and respond accordingly. BA

They threatened to put a lien on our house 3 days prior to closing for a $180 balance, received no email invoices, no mailings saying there was a balance at end of cancellation. Kept showing up trying to do additional pest control services after services were cancelled months ago. Contacted our realtor too. Who does this??? Of course we paid this additional balance but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. We received this message from ****, the owner, "I need payment within an hour or I have to contact my attorney to file a lien on the home. Which it would be way more than the $180 because of attorney fees and court cost." Additionally, they are now trying to charge a cancellation notice fee. Where did this come from? All of this in a text but he couldn't send me an invoice via text? Live and learn.

We completed service on May 10th. We reached out multiple times from our office via text message, email, and voice messages in the time frame between May 10 and July 8th. There was a balance due on her account, she was ignoring our requests for payment. We took appropriate actions to receive the payment due to us.Customer Response

No, no, no. As the "owner" you should make sure invoices are sent out. Considering we paid you all a few thousand dollars over the years and your unprofessionalism by threatening us over a $180 final payment is insane. Stop doing additional sprays when clients cancel your services. We paid your final balance of work even though we cancelled you months ago. You're welcome!Review from Kelsi K

Brothers Pest Control has always been very responsive, professional, and THE BEST at what they do. I've had many other companies and Brothers has been the only one that has consistently kept my lawn looking beautiful year after year. I have the best lawn in the neighborhood! I had contact this business three different times to address weeds in my backyard which they are paid $120 per session to treat to keep the grass green and the weeds gone. By the third call they came to address the issue but only gave excuses about how they couldn't get into the gate even though they had the gate code, how the grass is brown because it's not raining enough and the sprinklers are in the right places. Well the lawn is patchy and brown spots all over. Mostly in the backyard and the sides. I'm paying good money for them to keep the lawn nice and green. If the sprinklers need adjusting then they are supposed to suggest that to the owner. But when the lawn is cut on Monday and in the same week on Wednesday, I'm pulling two hands full of weeds out of the backyard in a small strip of grass around the pool. That's outrageous. It's unprofessional. And most importantly it's a huge ripoffReview from David K

My neighbor had been using Brothers for about 3 years and his yard always looked better than mine so I decided to give them a try. They have been treating my yard now for about a year and my yard looks great! Brandon is our service tech and I give him all of the credit for making my yard look so good. He listens and answers my questions . You have a good employee who is knowledgeable about his job. Thanks Brandon!
