3/28/2023 Signed a contract for hurricane repairs to our home located at ***************************************************************** in the amount of $28,500. and paid a $10,000. deposit to ***********************************, owner of AM Exterior Aluminum Co. Contractor License #**********. While the contract does have dates for both start and for completion, ******************** has now given me countless dates whereby he would arrive and start construction. His company has repeatedly been a "no show" and came and went without so much as a phone call. Because of the many scheduled dates to start work that came and went went as a "no-show, I have made several request that ******************** return our deposit of $10,000.00 which ******************** has not done.

Hello,
******************************* owner of HI-Grade Construction WAS a subcontractor/salesman we have used in the past from 11/22 thru 3/15. Apparently ******************************* altered my contracts by putting his name and phone number and started selling his own jobs under AM Exterior Aluminum,Co. getting a deposit from the homeowners under his own name ********************************
To my disadvantage if you notice "*******************************" and my name ***************************** are somewhat similar.
*********************** Contacted me the week of May 29th with the same complaint but I don't have/show any recorded/contract with *********************** or payment made to am exterior aluminum, *** from ************************
I Spoke to *******************************, owner of Hi-Grade Construction and told him I'll be taking legal action against him and to return the *********************** deposit back.
*********************** informed me on June 3rd that he agreed with ******************************* to do some of the work for $4500 and for ******************************* to Return Balance of $5500. As of this date I believe all is well with ************************
Now I'm left with this dilemma not knowing how many other homeowners ******************************* has done this too.

Hired AM exterior Aluminum to replace ALL soffits and fascia. We have a small ***** that was covered with a tarp and the fascia and soffits were not done with the rest of the roof. I asked ******************************* to return to complete the project since it was part of the original contract. He indicated time and time again he would be here to finish the work we had contracted him to do. He has not returned. Now, we have a small ***** that will not have matching soffits and fascia because he wont come back to finish since he has all his money.Business response

We have reach out to **************************** and it was a miscommunication with one of subcontractor. She wasn't Charge for that part of the work but we still came back and did the work at no charge to ***************. I believe she posted that in her comment.
We Apologize for any inconvenience to her.
We are no longer using that subcontractor.
