This team was exceptional! They helped me greatly by coming up with a pay back plan. I will definitely be using them again for my other small debts. But I just want to make sure that Miss ***** and her team get the credit due. I spoke with Miss ***** mainly, she answered all my questions and even helped me with a better way of paying that worked better in some instances for me. Consumer Debt Help Association was instrumental in helping eliminate my debt in a short span of 3-1/2 years compared to the years it would have taken and for much lower than I would have paid making the minimum monthly payments with interest. The staff, especially **************, was professional and friendly and kept me updated along the way on the progress of my debt settlements. It was so worth it! After a COVID-19 layoff, I found myself in need of assistance when it came to dealing with my creditors. The company was honest, patient and straightforward about how they could assist me. They did everything they said and surprisingly quicker than I expected! I highly recommend them as they are always available, honest and get the job done. My debts are resolved and my credit score is improving. I am genuinely grateful for the help their Team provided me.
