I started the process for adding a fence back in April of 2022 and left a $1700.00 deposit. I informed 2pros of what was needed for *** approvals in which they stated they were familiar with the process. I followed up multiple times on the *** paperwork through 2pros only to receive excuses. It took 2pros 1 month to finally get *** approval only after I asked for the paperwork to forward for approval. this should have been the first red flag with this company. Next was the submitting of paperwork for the required permit. Again, the excuses came as there was no approval for permit. I followed up with the city of pompano only to find out the company never submitted paperwork for a permit. At this point I had already left a deposit and requested a full refund on June 2022. It was always an excuse with the individual I was in contact with. I would be promises half of my deposit and another half on specific dates and those deposits never came. This went on through the holidays and because of the holidays I allowed a grace ****** but to this day I have not received any of my refund. Unfortunately I was unable to follow up as I was dealing with some health issues. It is now June 1, 2023, over a year into this nightmare and not one dime of my refund has been received. I have all the text messages between the *** for 2pros showing communications and a promise from them to refund my deposit. Ive attached the proof of deposit and can provide all text messages as well.Initial Complaint

I signed two contracts with this company. One on May 29, 2021 for fencing and another on June 13, 2022 for screening of my patios. The fence cost was $2,525 which I paid in full at time of contract. The screen was $2,400 and I paid $1,200 at the time of contract. They received $3,725 of my money and NEVER provided the service or issued my refund. I should have known something was wrong because my Association sent notices stating there were vendors providing services without permits and we should be aware. Of course, I found out later that this was the problem company. They have terrible communication and dont follow up. I paid with a credit card and disputed the charges, only to learn ***** and ****** lied to the merchant, stating they sent me a refund. No one ever sent a refund. I was told I would get one but it never came. I waited patiently. If my refund was sent and it cleared the bank, send me proof. I want $3,725 back. Id like to see this. I have not heard from these people since April or May of 2022. I initiated every contact asking them about my service. They NEVER performed the services. I was given excuse after excuse. My permit for fence has been approved since 2021 and they promised ******* over and over they were going to provide the service and never did. I was willing to overlook this situation, if I could get my money back because I understand things happen. However, I learned this company lied to my merchant to avoid paying me back. You should not work with this company or their partner Premier Construction (name permit is under with the ***************). Im going to file a complaint on him as well. I have submitted this complaint to Help Me ****** as well. Im praying he picks up my case. Please stop these criminals from taking money from others. I work very hard for what I have and dont appreciate anyone stealing from me!!!. I saw a neighbor wrote a dispute of the same nature. ALL LIES from this company! BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!Business response

Weve been in contact with ***************** to resolve the issue we e have sine installed her fence reactivated her permit in the process of scheduling her fencing inspection. So we can commence with the screening permit an installation.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
All of the work is not complete. It is true that 2Pros has made some progress. However, Im still waiting on inspection for the fence and screen installation. If inspection is not completed timely, this will yield issues with the City and my HOA. Per my understanding, I can be fined for having un-permitted work performed on my property. My fear is waiting months for these items to be completed. This case should remain open until all items are resolved. I will not update any reviews or agree to any terms until then or my money is returned. I do appreciate the effort put forth by 2Pros, thus far. Lets keep it going please.

I signed a contract with this business (2 Pros Company) in August ********************************************* my back yard. I made a down payment of $1442.00. The ********************* has approved the permit since 10/6/21. I have been inquiring of Calerbe Hermane of 2 Pros Company the date of installation of said fence. He has been telling me the end of the month most months since the permit has been approved. I have requested a refund of my deposit via text from Mr. ******** He advised me to seek a dispute via my credit card company if I paid by credit card. I paid with a check of which a copy is attached. Up until now my fence has not been installed and I have not received a refund. I am seeking assistance to have my deposit refunded. Any assistance in this matter will be appreciated.Business response

Morning Ms. ****** were under new Management can you please Email ************************************* so we can commence with your refund. Ive communicated to you in the past I was out previously for the birth of my son which was born the week of March 3rd 2022 an didnt have someone to install your project at the time which isnt the case now if you want to commence with installation as well .please email us so we can move towards resolving this matter .Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:he promised to refund my money and has not. I think he is just saying this because I reported him to the BBB. He has promised to refund my money via Zelle. He still has not. I would prefer to have my money refunded.
