      On 8/22/2022; I purchased an ac unit from Jenergy ac services. It was a 12 seer thru the wall compressor and a 14 seer air handler generic American standard both were 2.5 tons. That unit replaced my 10 seer they the wall compressor and my 12 seer temp star. It was loud old, original, rusted out unit. So, we purchased the new above unit from Jenergy. We were told it should not run as often cutting down on our electric bill and keep it cooler in our condo. Well, so far that has NOT happened. We purchased brand new hurricane windows the later part of last year. Our electric bill has been below $100.00 with our old rustic ac. This new ac runs constantly and does not keep our condo cool. We have 3 technicians out since it went in and still no fix. We even had 1 tech out and ordered a part from trance. We waited a few days before *** the tech came back 2 days ago. He never ever bothered putting the new part in that the other tech said was the fix because he stated it would take like 2 to 3 hours and it seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. We had 5 quotes on the new ac. They all stated the ****** line was to small since we were upgrading to a bigger unit. But no one bother to include upgrading the new ****** tubing except Guardian ac which we wanted because they we going to do it completely correct. However, they said it would take 4 to 8 weeks to get. When Salesman ******************* from Jenergy said he could get it right away. **** even agreed the ****** line was to small for the upgrade. I pointed it out to ***** the installer as well. He ignored me. The day of the install I did not has attic access to put in the correct size ****** pipe to complete the complete proper ac install. However, on 8/23/2022, the day after I spent$925.00 to put an attic ladder in my ceiling to be able to install the proper new ****** size for the complete install of my ac. I have ask for the owner to call me several phone calls and now that she has my money she hasn't.

      I am happy to respond with positive news about this customer. From the beginning Mr. **** explained his past with the ****** there were some issues with previous companies and disputes between the customer and their HOA regarding the system but we wanted to help with the challenge and get them some help!

      The installation went great and they were more than happy we even sent review links for our ******* a few days after we had to send our service techs out on a callback, we noticed there was low pressure, we got a part that we suspected may need changing as precaution to be most prepared for the worst case scenario in order to get the customer proper operation as promptly as possible. Luckily when we started to do our evaluation before the repair we fully charged the system and have found much increased performance. My techs asked the customer to monitor the system and we never heard back until after the inspection passed and the customer was able to come to the assessment that it was no big deal and the system was in fact installed properly! 

      Ultimately, there seemed to be a miscommunication regarding making necessary repairs. We believe the customer thought it was imperative that we change the entire refrigerant line when it was in fact just slightly undercharged from our original installation all along. Why make unnecessary repairs when there are simple solutions? Sadly as previous mentioned this customer is traumatized by past companies leading them the wrong way and I'm glad in the end Jenergy Air Services and Mr. **** have a positive relationship. We are to continue servicing him in the future! :)
