I was in an accident in Augus of 2023, my insurance company recommended Klaus Body Shop and 2 others. I went to one of the other ones first and was greatly disappointed with the service I received. I then called and made an appointment with Klaus Body Shop. From the minute I got on the lot ***** came out and talked with me and she took photos of all the damage that was done to my car in the accident and told me that they could and would fix it all. She was very friendly & courteous in all my dealings with her that day. I made an appointment to take my car in to be repaired. I then met and dealt with ***** (not sure that this is the correct spelling) who also was very friendly & courteous to me they had already arranged a rental car for me. They took care of everything which was a blessing because I did not have to deal with several different businesses, they even dealt with the insurance people on my behalf. They even replaced my headlight lenses which were cloudy and hard to see out of, but they were not damaged in the accident. I bought the lenses, and they replaced them for me. After about a week or so one of the lenses had moisture in it due to the seal being bad from the manufacturer. I called them and ***** said to bring it in when I got the new lense and they would replace it for me. I took it in, and they replaced it free of charge. From the time anyone there had anything to do with me or my car they did an excellent job and did what they said they would do and in the length of time they said it would be finished it was. From the estimate to the finished repairs *****, ********************** and any others that worked on my car far exceeded my expectations. Thank you all. *****************
