              I am a new cosmetologist and *** been trying to make an account for months. I put in all of my information and they told me it was incorrect, when i had all my information infront of me. Ive tried to email them multiple times and Ive gotten no response. I call the costumer service number and the guy told me to send them a email and wont help me at all. After multiple more emails I decided to try and call again. Ive been on hold for an hour. I spent $20,000 on school and ***** hours of my time to get this license and I dont understand why they wont except it.

              Honestly, I loathe this store. The customer service is GARBAGE. If they didn't carry the products I need, I would never use them. Allow me to tell you the most recent story of horrific customer service... Placed an order on 3/15. Today is 4/5. The order has showed "in process" this whole time and they've held my charge hostage. So, I text the number they encourage customers to use for issues.... No answer. I call. The representative tells me "oh it was canceled because some of the products weren't in stock." Okay... It shows "in process" on the website? "Yeah, the website doesn't update." Okay.......... so you don't contact your customers to let them know the order was canceled? "I mean we try to but we don't always catch it." So instead of just contacting me, the customer, whom has been waiting for her order and giving me the option to cancel the out of stock item(s) and shipping the rest, you just... do nothing? "Yeah, sorry." My card still has a charge on it. So the store canceled my order WITHOUT TELLING ME and is still holding my money hostage. Wow. Just wow. If you have literally ANY OTHER OPTION for a salon store, use them.
