      Delux final flooring initially payed over existing floor in 2021. Shortly after the floor started buckling. They came and repaired. Then in March **************************************************************** 2 rooms. I have been trying to get this fixed since March of 2022. Still waiting. They came to inspect in late January and now has to rip the original flooring up to a cost of ****k to me.

      In regard to this complaint, it's very unfortunate but our finding have shown that the moisture level in their homes concrete slab is nearly 4 times the suitable level,and that their old wood floor was degrading because of this. The reading that we took prior to installing our vinyl floor over top were suitable for this installation. Over some time the moisture continued to percolate below the old wood floor causing some buckling. We removed the vinyl floor as well as their wood and tile doing our best to help the clients get to the bottom of these issues. After performing multiple point test we were able to determine that they unfortunately have a very damp concrete slab. Not suitable for the wood floor that was installed prior our working at the house. We will continue to help work through this with the client who now also realizes that this has nothing to do with anything that our company did.

      This  response has been one year after I told the business owner about the problem.  Regardless of the underlying cause there were  multiple times that I reached out to the company owner and had no satisfaction, only delays.  It  took a complaint to BBB to get action.  I will accept the response when the work is completed.

      We hired this company to refurbish our old ceilings in the kitchen and two baths and also build some shelves and bar for our master closet. We gave them a deposit by check for $2814.50 on 7/20/21 of which they cashed on 7/21/21. I called a week later to check on when we might get on the schedule and was assured it would be soon. Two weeks later and I can't reach them by any of their 4 phone numbers (same person, Chuck, leaves the voicemail message and the voicemail message box is full on all phone numbers). I tried text and emails and still no contact. I don't know what to do. I want my money back and nothing to do with this company going forward. We feel like we have been stolen from. I am 62 and my husband 78. Please help, I don't know what else to do. Thank you, **** and ******* **** XXX-XXX-XXXX
