By November 30th, an extra-plumbing inspection has been done by Salemme plumbing upon request and part of the process of buying my property in Largo in top of the general home inspection. A « camera inspection » was requested. By November 30th, Salemme plumbing sent back the report of this inspection. Neither my-self or the real estate buyer agent was on-site when it has been made. The report is exclusively including pictures of main plumbing/bathroom items, really similar to what had been previously made by the general inspector. Considering the missing information regarding the camera inspection, i requested footage and further explanation/details. `Salemme plumbing stated not having the footage. When i entered in my property for the first time, i flushed the toilet and a huge leak all around the toilet base appeared. When i turned on the pool pump filter, the water was going out intensively. After 1 another day, the water started to go up by the shower hole in both bathroom as soon as toilet or sink was used. I emailed Salemme plumbing who denied all responsibilities. I then had to require another plumbing to stop by and look after these issues. After the first 5 min of camera inspection on the first side of the house, they found a huge root in the main sewer pipe, blocking the8 waflood correctly. This root could have passed through due to an old repair which had been poorly made. First cleaning had to be made, cost : 475$ + 750$ 1 week later, similar issue happened. Plumbing company (King Plumbing) came again and analyze the 2nd part of the main sew. A HUGE hole was discovered in the line. Mostly due to corrosion and lot of rust. King Plumbing was formal : This hole is old and could not be missed by anybody looking these first meters of the line. The picture are clear and proof one thing : no camera inspection has never been made during inspection. Cost of the repair : 3500$.
