            Beware to read fine print and discuss "expiration dates" up front or they will surprise you with them later even though you are purchasing services and not products. When I asked them to show me where in anything that I signed it stated the package would expire they sent over a "receipt of purchase" with the incorrect date and package. They clearly made that receipt up on the spot to prove their point it was not a receipt I ever received. The date on the receipt was prior to me even living in the area which I found comical. Then they tried to back track and say there was an issue due to system transfers etc. and come back with actual information on purchase date and package but still no documentation that was presented to me at time of purchase to say the package would expire. I found this to be deceitful and it has made me lost trust in the business. I would not recommend this business moving forward.

            The customer purchased the services in 2019 and has not been to the facility since 2020. We changed our software in 2022 and email was sent to customers stating that packages previously purchased will expire in 2 years as well as any new packages will have an expiration date of 2 years after purchase. There was plenty of time to use the services in the account of the customer. Even after her package was expired we reached out and requested to book the services and were willing to give the extension. We also reached out to customer asking what other information she needed. We are still willing to accommodate and help the customer finish her services. We have a great reviews for our business. We strive to provide excellent customer service and we are always willing to accommodate the customer in any way we can such as extending expiration dates. We are still waiting on her to schedule her remaining services.
