Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/18) */ Ms. ******* contracted to sell her home to us back in 2019, as is typical in our industry we filed an Affidavit of Contract at that time. Unfortunately, Ms. ******* decided to back out of the contract with us. We have released the Affidavit of Contract and believe this will resolve the matter to Ms. *******'s satisfaction.Initial Complaint

They tried to cheat us out of last month's rent crooked sobs...a+ my ***!! buy up houses an kik you to the street elderly now having to move to unsafe crack hole..drugs I'm shure bbb don't care company is justgreedy...no help like they said in letter un careING business should be a f minus all ways paid rent on time or in advance! !!!!!!!! a+my ***.. crooks costing me thousands dollars losein my dog un caring pos.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/10) */ Mr. ******* was the occupant of a property that we purchased. We always do our best to accommodate tenants and help them find another place to live even after we have purchased the property. In this instance we allowed Mr. ******* to stay at the property rent-free for one month and provided him with the proper legal notice to vacate the property when the time came. We wish Mr. ******* the best and feel that we have ethically and legally fulfilled our obligations to him at this point.Initial Complaint

When my mom died the house was left to me in a will I keep telling all the people that call we are on National Do Not Call list I keep getting letters from several of them harassing me wanting me to sell the house I just received a letter from Harmony Holding Group ********************************************************************** letter stating I have previously contacted you regarding the property at my address I continue to be interested in this property I would like the chance to buy the real estate from you I pay cashI have already told them several times stop harassing me if there's any legal repercussions I can hold against this company I would like to do soBusiness response

While we wish we could help, our office does not know who this company is - this seems to be incorrectly sent to us. Please advise if there is additional information that is related to our business and we will investigate immediately. Thank you Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/02/28) */ My wife and I have asked Harmony Holdings Group several times to stop harassing us they keep trying to buy our property that we own I have two of the three letters that state (I have contacted you previously regarding your property at ********************************* I would like the opportunity to please buy your property we keep telling them to stop harassing us we DO NOT WANT TO SELL as well as phone calls we tell them we are on National Do Not Call list this is clearly harassment I am ready to seek legal counsel and charge them $5,000 for this harassment or for them to lose their realtor license.... We apologize to Mr. ******** and his wife for any distress our letters may have caused, and I can confirm that he is not on any of our current mailing lists. He is also clearly designated in our CRM not to be contacted by telephone. We comply very strictly with all DNC regulations. Once again, we apologize to Mr. ******** and believe this matter to now be fully resolved.
