I hired eagle lawn care to take care of my new lawn which was put in ****** ***'s sod installed my yard and a wk later eagle started to spray my yard. I told them I live between hi and fl through out the yr. About 2 mo later my neighbor called me and told me my new yard was dying. I. Called eagle and told them what was happening and they said they'll send someone out to look at it so in the meantime I flew home saw my yard and was ******. I just paid ******* to have a new lawn put in and in less than 4 mo almost half of it is dying. ***** left a note on my door saying that it was fungus that was killing my yard. If eagle was doing what I was paying them to do I wouldn't have fungus in my sod. I have cameras on my property and I see what they are not doing. The so called tech walks down the middle of the yard missing the sides he then walks over the brown spots from the fungus and doesn't bend over and check to see what's going on. He's in and out in less than 15 min. After I got home I called to talk to the Mgr ****** it took him a wk to call back and when he did all he did was give me a bunch of bs that ****** me off. ********************* up on me he also didnt answer me when asked him about his so called tech didnt check out what was happening with my lawn, the tech didnt leave any note ect I was taking care of turf before he was born and I know about turf. It takes couple of wks to do the damage that fungus has done to my new sod. I am disabled and can't do it myself anymore but when I was I had no problems.
