This occurred 3/15/23. I had hired this company to put wire mesh around my home so that pests could not gain entrance to my home. They sort of completed the work. They left gaps were rodents were entering the home. I had paid this company **** for a shotty job. This was my problem I guess. The rodents started coming in chewing the boards to the bottom of my home. I asked them to come back out to check their work. They came out and now want to charge me ****** to finish their unfinished work. This is not right. It should have been included with the previous price I paid. They want to charge me a ***** revisit fee. If it was done right then they wouldnt have to come back out. ***** also told me that the mesh was buried at least 6 inches underground so rodents couldnt get in. I went under my home and the mesh is not buried. It goes to the bottom of the brick and stops. This guy is a certified liar.Business response

***** has spoken with *********** to try to resolve this issue. The job he paid for was completed and did not include the front of the home per ***********. He did not want that part of the home to be screened. The rodents are entering the home off the front part of the home that was not in the original job desctiption of what he paid for. We added a new invoice for the front area when we were at your property. *********** refused the new invoice.
Attached is the original invoice that shows specific measurements that do not include the front of the home, which is signed by ************
There are more photos of the text messages that I can send but there was no option.

I am rejecting this response because: why would I pay thousands of dollars for them not to complete the project? I did even buy extra by having the a/c unit completed. ***** also stated that the mesh is buried 6 inches under the ground. This is also not true. That company cannot be trusted. ***** did a very small portion of the front. Why would he have stopped? I would never have agreed to not completely doing the job.

The contract that was signed was for the 3 of 4 sides of the home (carport, rear and long side per contract). The customer did not want to do the front of the home and signed the contract. The contract shows the specific measurements for the area of the home and that was completed. The contract that was signed by *********** is complete.Customer response

I would like my previous complaint reopened. I have additional information given by a pest control person. Also mesh guard never supplied me with a signed contract. ***** kept saying he will get it, he will get it. I never agreed not to have the work on the front left unfinished. I would like to examine the signed contract. This company is fraudulent and I would not doubt if ***** signed my name. I have additional pictures showing poor work done on their part. ***** says he will rework all the areas that I paid for, but this is yet to be seenBusiness response

Hello, ***** had an office worker email the contract to *********** on 10/22/2022 as the attached document shows. The invoice was sent electronically and the invoice has his signature on it. I attached this document twice in prior communications. The signature of *********** can be found in the bottom left of the contract. In the details of the contract it does not have any measurements for the front of the home. This was known by ************

I am rejecting this response because:
The work was not completed satisfactory due to the workers leaving a direct path for rats to enter my home. I want it fixed correctly so I can live peacefully in my home without rats getting in after paying thousands of dollars. I do not want to pay a revisit bill. There should be nothing to revisit for if it was done correctly the first time
