First, Id like to give zero stars. Second I would like to reiterate everything in the first persons review. **** is an egotistical, narcissistic and control freak. I signed with is employee **** who was working under this persons ***** license. When i started to ask questions about signing in when I would receive my money after they had found a buyer. I was told that I wouldnt get my money for the house until a week later, but the people could move into my house. Me saying that cannot be true, and that was not going to happen. I was called all these vulgaritys by ****, he told me I was a clown and I should trust TRUST MY BROKER. When I told him, I dont trust anyone and no one can move into a house without paying for it. He told me I didnt deserve his business. When I told him I am buying him out of the contract I no longer want to work with him be at my personal property or the home I was selling and you stay away from me. He called me all sorts of names I cant even list Told me I had to sign a paper by 1 oclock on a Friday that I received the paper. When I told him I could not I was leaving for the long weekend and that I would sign the paper on Monday when I returned and pay his commission so I would not have to deal with him anymore. 20 minutes later, he showed up at my house, knocked on the door and ran back to his car. I caught him on camera. He was trying to see if I was really gone or not. This man is not to be trusted, hes only been in business since 2018 and his wife works as his accountant. I also plan on reporting him to the real estate board. This man should not be in business and please please buyer beware. What the lady said in the first statement was absolutely 100% his personality. Its his way or the highway and dont ever question him he is a know it all. And any woman that questions him and it appears that way, since its a lady below also. He is not a businessman. I wish I had come to the BBB and saw the below review first
