Business ProfileforCollege Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

This location is truly a joke. I had a move scheduled at the end of June and during the move items were missing and not delivered. I had reached out to the company every day since the move ended and did not hear back until almost 2 weeks later that they only found one of my missing items on the dash of a truck. I have been waiting for the manager to call me back to inform me the status of the last missing item and nothing yet. I continue to call the company since the branch has no direct line and the "manager" continues to miss my calls after multiple voicemails. The company can only send messages to the branch to have them reach out to me. I am still waiting after almost 3 weeks since my move to have a return call from a higher up about my missing items. I have told all my friends, family, and church about my horrible experience and lack of good customer service. 2 of my friends had appointments booked with this company but cancelled because they did not want to have any items missing. It is so sad that I have to call every single day to get the status of my missing things after i had paid them in full. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. its a shame. i wont wish this on my worst enemy and will never use this company again. sorry
