Transaction date : 12/1 Total price : $134.50 TERRIBLE SERVICE / DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES/ UNSAFE HEALTH VIOLATION Nail tech FILED extra nail polish off my hands instead of using remover. DID NOT complete full service paid for with pedicure nail tech sent me out of salon with soaking wet feet used cheese grater to remove dead callus (which is illegal ) - was charged $5 manager disrespected me in front of customers by telling me to get out manager refused refund after I expressed my concerns, then threatened me.Business response

We are writing this letter in response to a customer complaint with assigned ID ********. We have also attached the letter you originally sent us.
On the date 12/1 **************** ****** visit our establishment and spent approximately 2 hours. I first noticed she was unhappy when she was at the cashier. I tried to call out to her as she leaves to see what the problem was, but she left in a rush and did not reply to my question. 10 minutes later she called and ask to speak to the owner/manager. I was on the phone and listen carefully to understand the reasons she was not satisfied. We are a 4.3* salon with over 450 reviews on ******* I take it very seriously if we have an unhappy customer. I tried to make an appointment for her the next day to resolve the problems. We made the appointment at 6 for her, she arrived at the appointment time. We were extremely busy but did acknowledge her and ask for her to wait a little bit. 8 minutes later we were ready. She refused to let us help her because we were 8 minutes late, and only wanted to have refund. We have all these interaction on video. We refused to fully refund someone for our 2 Hours of works without giving us a chance to understand what wrong or a chance to fix the problem.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: regardless of whether or not you were 2 minutes late , the owner originally made the appointment time with me , therefore if the establishment is busy, this is where communication comes in, communicate with the customer that there may be a bit of a wait. It is completely understandable that 2 hrs of work requires pay, the nail tech is owed that. I even asked for a partial refund and was denied. However, if I express how unhappy i am with the service at the **** OF SERVICE, there should immediately be a manager involved, not when Ive already paid and swiped my card. Filing nail polish off of my skin in unacceptable. I will be reaching out to an attorney regarding this experience. Yelling at a customer in the store infront of other patrons in unacceptable, making snide rude remarks and telling me to get out is unacceptable. I obviously wanted the situation rectified given that I drove 30 min BACK! To see and come to a solution with the manager. Even a store credit would have been fine. But disgusting behavior toward a young woman on the behalf of the manager and he should be ashamed speaking and treating me that way.
