I purchased 2 personalized bags in December of 2023. The zipper on one bag broke the day it was delivered. I never received the second bag.The company wants me to keep the bag with the broken zipper, and they will refund me 50%. I would like a 100% refund.Business response

The remake order was delivered on January 2nd, please contact the local carrier directly if you still haven't receive the package.

I am rejecting this response because: This is a scam. I do not want another bag. The second bag was never received. I want a full refund.I asked them to NOT make another bag. The quality is extremely poor.
I just want a full refund.

As it turns out, I never paid for any of the bags. Nothing was ever charged to my credit card,
