Hello there. I ordered a product from there on April 25th of this year. When my order was placed it told me I should receive my order no later than the 28th but it never even processed until the 29th I have kept emailing them and emailing them I went on their text messaging and tried to message people they're Green Dot showing that they were online but ignored every message I did this day in and day out and then one day out of the blue I received an email from them asking me how I like the product I said yeah if it is invisible what a slap in the face for them thieves to actually email me and asked me how I like a product they didn't even send they're so dirty I advise anybody not to mess with that company it's a scam I paid with cash app and I've got the receipt to prove it they took $100 from me cuz they were so dirty

I ordered a product from this company. On May 10th 2024. I received an Email: stating my order would be received on May 15th 2024. I never received it. I have sent a total of 45 Emails: I received 3 form letter Emails: stating customer service representative would be contacting me within 1-3 days. I received 1 Email: from a customer service representative asking how I liked my product. When I haven’t even received it. I tried the customer service number, numerous times and all it does is repeat a recording then it hangs up. I have told this company that I would issue a complaint with the BBB. And also issue a complaint to the Attorney Generals office fraud division of my state. This company should be thoroughly investigated. And I truly believe they are a Scam Company. And I Hope with the numerous complaints. That there will be a Class Action Lawsuit against XO Treasures. I would definitely want to be a party of any Legal Action against this company.

I bought a product. They said it would be delivered within 4 days. And even though 3 weeks have passed, it hasn't arrived yet. What kind of emails are being answered? Neither of my phones are answering. I didn't understand, he left. Everyone should be careful, they should either call me and apologize or they are fraudsters. I'm going to talk to my lawyer anyway.Review from Kevin B

I have not received any correspondence nor merchandise. The phone number is disconnected. No one responds to emails or chats. This is completely HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY!! Currently trying to figure out how to get a refund and make this fake company accountableReview from James B

Ox treasure is absolute worst experience online purchasing ever no customers care have still not received my order past ****************************************************************************************************************** a refund pretty sure they just stole 80 bucks from me do not purchase through this seller they **** **** **** **** **** so much I would give it zero Stars if it would let me
