      Sept. 2021 I SPENT $135.00 for 2 scooters. Needless to say I didn't get them. They said they were sent 3 times. I finally just told them I would like my money back. They said I would get 65% back. I don't think that's fair because I wasn't the one to blame. I just want my money back.

      On August 24 2021 I purchased a husky mechanic set 1025 piece. The order number was 2355 I paid 82.90 I never received any shipping information and never received the tools I sent 15 messages trying to get the tools or a refund and they just keep stalling.

      I placed an order for a Drive Medical Spitfire Scout 4 Wheel Travel Power Scooter With Extended 15 Mile Range Batt And 5 Year Extended Warranty and still listed on their website. I Paid $77.26 by PayPal, only payment they would take on September 28, 2021 and received on January 28, 2022 a grey lite sweater vest instead. The tracking number LYXXXXXXXXXCN was correct and they asked for photos to prove what I received, they wanted photo's of the original packaging and the item received photos be sent to them.They said it was a "Logistics Error" and said sorry and would reorder the correct item and that I could keep the vest because of their error "free". But I cannot wear the vest due to wrong size XL and I am XXL. But they said they would issue a new tracking number and order the correct item. Have not seen a new tracking number as of yet from their last email dated February 13, 2021 I keep all email correspondence when I order anything from anyone as proof of what they said because of delivery. I do not know how to upload email correspondence from them and me. if delivery is not guaranteed within 25 days of their last email contact with me I would want at total refund of all funds paid to me. And penalties filed by BBB against the business as a complaint.

      On 24 September 2021 I ordered from Xqlvau products a "Pride Sports Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller Plus 4-Wheel Travel Scooter w/Avail Ext Warr...Model N0c6eb1c1." It was paid with the Mastercard through PayPal. The receipt Nbr was given. I have yet to receive the item I requested. I sent a query to ****************** and the response gave me a tracking nbr. Using that it was stated that I had received the item in my mailbox on Nov 5, 2021. Nope, that large has been delivered to my home. Relied to their e-mail that I did not received the item, and was told to recheck in a day or two. Would like to either get the item or have my money refunded. Sorry, I didn't check with BBB before purchase.

Because of the need, purchased the item from another vendor, and requested "Pay Pal" for a refund, which they deemed as acceptable. So, to my satisfaction I will get my refund, and the need for the item that I requested has been satisfied via another vendor.

      I had ordered a pair of drywall stilts using a google shop search, and purchased the item with my visa credit card using paypal as a proxy for the seller. After making the purchase I had received a somewhat sketchy string of e-mails that were obviously based out of a province in China. The e-mails included a link to a web site that at first glance looked somewhat legitimate. I was a little worried about the the red flags, but the seller did provide a tracking number that allowed me to track the package from Wuhan China as it made it's way to the US and eventually was delivered; however, instead of receiving dry wall stilts ($60 purchase) I received a package with a tiny cheap grey tank top instead. I started to then e-mail the seller as well and also tried to call the service support number listed on the website, but I have yet to receive a response, and the service number turned out to be a comcast support number that was not affiliated with the company. Seller is likely fraudulent.
