They promised a 10 step process however they made attempt to cover the grass or shrubs. Painters stepped on items destroying. Paint in grass and on fixtures that never should have paint on them. Manager ran credit card without my approval.Review from Action Jackson Buys House

We own a real estate investing company called Action Jackson Buys Houses and hired Amor Guard to paint the exterior of a house in Seminole, FL. The president of Armor Guard, Rodney had his crew show up on the date they said they would and to my surprise painted a 2,000 s.f. house (including walls, doors, trim, shutters, fascia and soffit) all in one day for a fair and reasonable price! Especially for a house flipper like us! All the debris was removed from the property and they left it like it was before except now with a fresh, professional paint job with a warranty!Review from Action Jackson Buys House

We highly recommend this painting company. We met Tim at a Home Show. He scheduled us, came to our home and gave us an estimate. We told him we had 2 other estimates. He said, "I will have Debbie call you in a week." Debbie, called us in a week. She was so kind and answered our questions. Tim came by again to finalize and sign contact. We then spoke with the owner, Rodney. He, too, was helpful and accommodating. Javier and his 3 person crew arrived 2 weeks later. Javier and his crew were efficient. They were very conscientious. They worked quickly. Each person knew their job and they worked well together. When I asked them that I thought the 20 foot wall needed another coat, he said, " no problem, we want you to be happy." Thank you Armor Guard and everyone involved.

I called to get an estimate and they came out within a couple days. The work was scheduled after the holidays which we were pleased. We had Armor Guard remove our popcorn ceilings and paint the roof of our carport. The worker Russ did a fantastic job, was on time, explained the process and cleaned up after each day. We obtained quite a few bids for painting the exterior of our house, garage and shed. Armor Guard was the best price for the quality and care they provided. We were very pleased with every step of the process. They kept us informed and in the loop with every single decision. The painters were professional and really nice guys. They guarantee their work, and were super gracious about how I wanted the house painted, which wasn't easy. Some of my colors were very hard to tell the difference between while wet, or in the sun AND we had some crazy cut in work due to pergola and plants growing near house. I gave this company a bad review due to miscommunication. The owner called me back and made sure the issue was addressed. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and everything looks wonderful! We hired Armor Guard Painting & Coating LLC to paint the outside of our house and fill in some cracks. They gave us a "certificate of guarantee" on the product that filled in the cracks for seven years. After a couple of years, the cracks were showing again like nothing had been done. I had no problem since I had the guarantee so I called them and told them of the problem. They said they would pass on the message. No one got back with me. I called a couple more times and got the same response. So, I decided to call Armor Guard to get an estimate on painting the inside of our house. I told the representative who came to my house that I needed them to live up to their guarantee before I would hire them for anything else. He said he would pass the message. Still no help. We have no record you calling in a service call. I handle all of these and your name is not on the list. This is not a scam. The cracks if there the same cracks are covered under the limited warranty. Please call back and ask for Megan. She will handle setting up a service call.
