I frequently visit the store to check on the puppies, and I always see them well-fed, healthy, and happy. The staff is diligent in cleaning and maintaining the puppy areas; while it's natural for animals to relieve themselves throughout the day, the cages are elevated above the potty areas to keep the puppies clean and comfortable. To those advocating solely for shelter adoptions, it's important to understand that not everyone is looking for an adult dog or a specific breed like a pitbull. Some families prefer to start with a puppy and raise it themselves, which is perfectly valid. Terrible. Disgusting people. Letting the dogs sit in their own f**** Absolutely agree with the others in the reviews its a horrible place do not buy from here. When you walk in you hit a wall of sickness. Between the dogs poor health and care the floors have smeared f**** and pee just terrible and sad. I dont know how to report this to the right people but if I could I would do it right away. Just horrible. Im really sorry puppies hope you get better care..

I would never buy another puppy from sunshine puppys.they must think people are stupid.one I never appy for a second finance. 2 the worker had no right to ask me for my personal information. I do think they are a puppy mill for they only carry male dogs.i won my 2 compliments with both finance company.but I want them close down.1 my puppy was eating its own p*** that cause they weren't getting enough food 2 some dogs needed to be bath and groom.i feel there doing fraud. In ******* they store that owns the dog has to pay for its shots the first set and maybe the second. Also we customers should never have to pay for paper food or chip. No your rights peolpe. I would like to do a class action law suit agisnt them.

Truly cruel! I don't understand how this place is in business. The crate they have these dogs in are extremely tiny for there size. They lay on a open cage on the bottom for accidents and the beds inside the cages are the size on some dogs heads. There is no play area or anywhere for these dogs to run and get energy out but a little 12x4 area. The dogs smelled as though they haven't been bathed. The dog I looked at had poop stuck to his butt. They want an extremely high amount for there dogs. When I called they said 1500 when I got there it was 2500? The employee seemed annoyed by our questions. If I had to the money I would buy all of them just to get them out of there. Its been a few days and my heart breaks for theses dogs! How can a business like this be acceptable!!?? Greed and unprofessional this place should be shut down!

They are extremely unprofessional and scam people in to the dogs. Employees Tyler, Carson. and Chase have a habit of "helping customers" with the phone application but instead bypass contract stipulations and lie about fees and charges. The owner Dan is "such a busy man" that he can never be reached. For 4 days I was given the run around about a dog I purchased. Conveniently the employees change locations daily and never inform the others about custom complaints or the lies they tell to sell the dogs. STAY AWAY. Facilities are roach infested. The dogs all have over grown nails, and are left soiled daily. There are no linings in the cages and the pour the food on the pee soaked bedding to feed the dogs. Also there is close to $600 of hidden fees.
