*********** #*** did an awesome job yesterday. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The leak was identified as being in the wall behind the spare bathroom cabinet. The cabinet needed to be removed to get at the pipes which are not only old but were very difficult and timely to repair - he eventually had to go out and get additional parts for the pipes as well as parts for my shower repair. It was a pleasure. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumbing technician and I would definitely request him should I have any future needs/problems.

The technician arrived on time and ready to work. He easily identified the problem and presented that to me with a fair price. He performed the work and tested it twice to make sure it was correct and working.. I would definitely use them again.The Drain Team Response

I called regarding a backed up sewer drain and received quick service. I was updated on arrival time by telephone. *********** 392 did a very thorough inspection and identified the problem quickly with a camera. He showed me the problem which I greatly appreciated. We discussed options for resolving the problem and he gave me a quote for future work with a complete list of the issues found. I like working with transparent companies who are willing to share information and keep me updated during the repair.The Drain Team Response

*********** #*** came to my residence in *********. today from the Drain Team and did an outstanding job. He replaced the old shut off valve with a new ball valve, rerouted piping and removed unnecessary lines for a clean look. He also replaced old hose valve then installed two new hose ***** at back of house. Nice guy, easy to work with and did the job right. Will use them again if needed.The Drain Team Response
