All new windows. First day 10 Minutes after they arrive. Doorbell rings 2 trucks with trailers installer ask if we have a measuring tape, they don't seem to have one. My first thought throw them out of here immediately no give him the benefit I forgot many times different things. Well after eight hours they finally figured out how to pull out two windows causing plaster and drywall damage. Yes one man had a caulking gun caulking the inside very sloppy, the other guy had a handful of caulking finger caulking sort of like a kindergarten kid fingerpainting it was very terrible. The second day they brought a third guy seem to went a little better. Day three the inspector shows up the master bedroom window had no screws in it or hardware for proper installation. So that gave me a reason to look around little closer. Well very sloppy workmanship, damaged plaster, Broken marble window seal. Installed trim at the gable window backwards. Part of the window frame was steel even with the marble windowsill they used brown caulking to try to camouflage metal window frame. Well we call Jim the salesman and requested him and owner to come out. We did a walk around Jim many owner both said while this is the type of work that's done in Florida. I explain to them both how unhappy We was when they did our Bahama shutters last year in treasure Island and how disappointment I was with this crew and the File mouth the sub contractor spoke to my wife. I would not recommend these guys to do anything on your home. But Jim the salesman did come back about six weeks later installed the screws and hardware for the window tried to patch the drywall. He's a salesman not a construction worker. I explained I wanna just done in a professional manner.
