Total scam. Went in to buy what my wife and I thought would be shoes and insoles that would help.Ended up being wanted to and coned out of 400 dollars.Insoles are a joke. They slid around in shoes causing me pain all day.We got a pair o flip flops and a pair of " the best shoes" on the market. The shoes are already breaking down on the sides.When I complained was contacted by someone at their office. They would not return phone calls. Have finally spoken to somebody twice. But the woman that needs to handle this is either sick or out of the office for over a month now. So they will not stand behind what they sell or their services. Their ad say that they are there to help you. What they mean is they are there to help take every ***** out of your wallet.I guess since they do not want to talk to us even after they called us wanting to resolve this issue, is for me to send all the records we have to the State Attorney General's offices. Maybe they can do something.Again this is an Buyer Beware Store.Review from Nancy F

Six months ago I purchased my first pair of shoes from Happy Feet, ********************************************************************, for $111.81. ************** on the toes came out immediately. *******, store manager, said they would pay my shoe repair cost which came to $10. I mailed my repair receipt to the store. For the past three months, I have been waiting for my $10 and trying to get a phone call to *******. I have received nothing. It's not the money, it's the principle. There is no follow through. I'm an unhappy customers and will not shop there again.Review from Juanita G

We just went to the store in North Tampa 15010 N Dale Mabry and ask for the Kenkoh sandals for my husband and the lady there was pretty nasty and snooty. We were pretty calm and just told her that she didn't have to use that tone that we were just there to ask about a pair of sandals. We decided just to leave. we are just not going back to that place what a bad experience! Extremely rude salesperson!
