We paid this business over 16,000 to train a Diabetic Alert Dog for our 4 year old daughter. Transactions were made through zelle beginning on September 22,2020. On August 16 Jamie R. brought the dog to our house and was suppose to stay here to train us and to train the dog with us for 3 weeks Instead she stood for 12 hours and said she had to go. She said she doesn't owe us anything and left us with a dog who is not socially environmentally trained and more importantly does not alert for my daughters blood sugars AT ALL. She even stated he needed 4 more months of training. Why would i want a dog who isnt trained fully after paying all That money? After reaching out to social media in desperate need of help she THEN reached out to me to send wally back and she will train another dog. I do not trust this women at all. I want a refund so i can have this dog trained by proper professionals.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/18) */ ****** *********** paid me exactly $14000 for her service dog. She also paid another 529.50 for his health insurance. There were no additional charges that would raise this to the $16,000 that she claims. I did not say that I would be there for 3 weeks, the contract states that she was to come to me for 3 weeks. But because I was delivering another dog close to her, I said that I would bring her dog to her as well and give her a weeks training, the same that I gave every one who I delivered to and is spelled out in the contract. It was apparently from the beginning that the dog was terrified of this household. So I told her that I would leave him there (which was agreed on before I arrived) while I delivered the other dog. She agreed to this. Before I could come back to her and finish the promised week, a hurricane came threatening the area. I decided to leave and not have to endure the possibility of getting hurt or stuck. The other client was fine with this and we still have a great relationship. But as soon as I said I was leaving, ****** went ballistic. So I told her that I would come by the next day and pick up the dog and continue training him for no additional cost and that if he didn't work out, I would train a new one for her. Again, all spelled out in the contract. I met her and her husband in a public place as I wasn't sure what her husband was going to do. Instead of just giving me the dog, they started threatening me and accusing me of all kinds of horrible things. I did not feel safe, got in my vehicle and left and drove the next 2 days to get home. I have documentation for all of this. Including her agreement to give me the dog back so I could continue the training.
