DONT waste your money on these cheap products! I bought the lux facial cleansing tool for acne & anti-aging. $130! It broke in less than 5 months of use even after following the care and storage instructions. They charge you to send it back to them to have a tech look at it. If the tech determines its a device issue then you get a new one and if its determined an issue caused by user then you will have to pay for it to be shipped back to you. I made the mistake of just getting a new one altogether- same device. That one lasted not even 3 months! Their warranty only lasts for 30 days! Makes sense because their devices are cheaply made! And customer service will ignore your emails! I cant get a response back anymore after reporting their awful devices! I am disputing with my bank currently. Save your money! Read the reviews! I left mine and they removed my honest review from their website! BE CAREFUL. I would recommend finding a more reputable and honest company elsewhere.Review from Yllari L

Their products last less than a year, if you want a replacement you need to pay for shipping so they can inspect the defective item, there are no guarantees that they will get the product and if they think there is nothing wrong with it you will need to pay them for the shipment so they can send it back to you.They dont have a phone number for customer calls. Their service sucks! Avoid them if you can.Review from Sharon B

Very poor product. I had my infra red light for foot pain relief for less than two months and because of their poor engineering of the electric cord placed to where you turn the product on broke. The cord is cumbersome and you cant straighten it at all and after trying to it finally gave out and broke away from its electric connection. I contacted the company and they said it was from my misuse. I think not, poor engineering, poor customer service and I would never recommend anyone buying any product from this company. If they would have not insulted me and sendt me a replacement I would have thought them a reputable company but I believe they are scamming people out of their money. Do not order products from this company!!!!!!Review from Mary O

Cheap products that break too soon and they do not sell replacement parts for their devices. They expect you to purchase an entirely new device. Real poor customer service.Review from Vanessa K

This company sells defective products and the customer service is terrible! I paid $400 for the DPL2 and it stopped working after 2 months. I called customer service and they want me to pay to ship it back to see if it can be fixed. If a product that they sell for $400 stops working within two months, they should replace in immediately and figure out why the product that they sold is defective on their on time.
