Your location Palm Auto Brokers *************************************************** Used car dealer **** S 530 points 2 hours agoThere isn't many trustworthy second hand car dealers and this place isn't one either, worst car I've ever owned was bought from their sister location which is not thankfully closed.The **** Escape my then wife hard selled into getting by a greaseball named "****" was the definition of a lemon that broke down the first week we had it.The junk had to spend a week in the shop and I spent so much on a rental car I should have went to a new dealership and put in a down payment!The mechanics they recommend: ******* are also con artist and unskilled at being mechanics. They botched the cars job not once but twice and refused to do anything about it even after I filed with the BBB against them!Do yourself a favor and never buy from this dealer, I know it was about 5, maybe 6 years ago when I bought a car but between them and credit acceptance (their awful lending company) I'm still suffering and regretting doing business with them.Best decision I ever made was trading in the car I bought here for a brand new ****** at the ******************** dealership so I'm thankful for that; I'll never buy used again at least not from a small hole in the wall dealer like this; new cars and big dealers only and I suggest anyone reading this DO THE SAME!Worst of all upon leaving this review on ****** the owners proceeded to insult, ******** and nearly threaten me via the reply system! If palm auto brokers ever attempts to contact me in any way, shape, form or defame me I'll gladly *** for their unprofessional and slanderous actions. I surely do hope this company goes bankrupt as it's individuals such as these that make the business and car world a worse place!

This customer bought a vehicle with a warranty on it about 5 years ago.  It is made VERY CLEAR that they can take to any certified mechanic that they want,  We just try to HELP if they dont know a certified mechanic to take it to.  Furthermore, If I get a call a few days after they bought the car,  I always try to help them MYSELF.  It seems as though this customer is complaining more about my response to his review in which he called my manager a derogatory name than he is about anything else.  My reply is readily available on my ****** reviews and at your request I will actually send it to you for your files too if you need it.  Even at the end of his BBB review he is wishing bad things on my people.  I am sorry that he is not happy and maybe 5 years ago I could have helped with his vehicle but now it seems as though the "bad" bank he is referring to has gotten his score up to a point where he can get a brand new car. 

They completely scammed me first car I got broke down 10 mins after I drove off lot they took it back and gave me another car 2 days later the second car broke down week later thought I was covered but wasn't then cause I bought 2 cars so close together they pulled my loan on second car said I didn't pay first payment which loan was due on the 6 of April they resended loan on April 3 they also tricked me to come to the car lot which they took my car back which finance company said they had no right to left me in there lot in the rain with no ride am inquiring about this cause at least they owe me my deposit back and a apology for the treatment they gave me

Part of this is true.... We sold you a car that, unfortunately broke down so we gave you a MUCH BETTER one that no bank would ordinarily loan YOU money on!  But we did pull strings because we wanted to help you!!  As for the second vehicle, we will let who reads this decide if a ****** Sienna is a vehicle that is not dependable.... This is where your story gets wonky... there was NOTHING wrong with the ****** but there is something wrong with having a payment due to a BANK NOT ME..... and not paying them the first payment.  As per usual with a bank that is loaning someone with rough credit,  they require a first payment default which means if you dont pay the first payment then I have to purchase back the contract and just fyi.... THAT COSTS ME MONEY!  So If you would have done what you were supposed to do which is pay the payments then this wouldnt have happened.  ******** will look to see what a persons credit history is and if by chance, you have a history of NOT paying for your cars, then they frown upon that.  As for what the bank said..... WONKY STORY AGAIN.... I actually called them while you WERE HERE to try to help you, and you even called them yourself and they told YOU you didnt make your payment so they closed the acct.  If you will remember, you had another car loan that you were behind on as well and you were afraid they used your money to pay THAT ONE INSTEAD,  well, go figure, they want their money that you owe them.... you are trying to use a review as a weapon!!! As much as I LOVE getting customer feedback,  I cant stand it when a customer blatantly tries to weaponize something that actually helps customers and businesses alike.  Of course, I can and DO respond so whoever reads it gets the FULL story!
