On the early morning of Saturday 02/04, my vehicle was towed and impounded by *************. They had Westway towing conducting the tow aways for the night. They advised me to drive over and park the car and to hand the officer the keys so that he can have the tow truck driver tow the car. After we parked the car we saw the service aid inside of the car along with 4 of Westway towing's drivers searching through my car with flashlights and attempting to enter my trunk - WHICH DOES NOT OPEN THE STANDARD WAY. The trunk can only be opened by putting the key into the trunk and opening it that way. They broke my trunk latch by continuously attempting to open it via the latch. They then broke my back seat by ripping it off the hinge to get into the trunk for whatever reason. Some of the items from my trunk were inside of the car as if my trunk was being searched from the back seat as well. On 02/06 when I retrieved my car I see that the contents of my glove compartment has been displaced as well as 2 broken phones and old debit cards that I had which were found laid out on my seat. There was an ipad placed deep under the passanger seat which has been STOLEN. I also had one iphone 6s that was not cracked or broken but was also missing from the car once retrieved. I attempted to speak with **** who is tyhe lot manager, who explained that 'He doesn't handle these types of things and he only handles accidents." He told me to fill out a damage report and 'someone" whom he couldn't name would give me a call back. He couldn't give me the name of the owner until I threatened to call the police. All of the workers on site acted as if it wasn't their problem and just kept telling me that someone will call me back. I am very distraught about my items being taken and my property being rummaged through and and damaged and no one being able to do anything about it. I am going to continue to call them every day until I get a resolution. This is TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND NEED TO BE SUED.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: this did happen. The missing iPad was under the seat and the missing iPhone was in the middle console. Your driver broke my backseat to get into my trunk, I have video evidence. I filed a damage report, still no call back 4 days later. Someone is gonna do something.
