I ordered impact windows for my apartment and my sisters apartment on March 13. I paid $20,876.77 in advance for materials, because Renovation Warehouse agree they would be installed within 3 months. For the last couple of months they keep saying the same excuse, in a couple of weeks we will have the windows done. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This people are a scam!Initial Complaint

($7,601.28) Windows Renovation Warehouse Paid $2,646.00 ck 1207 on 5/12/22 Paid $1,154.64 ck#**** on 6-9-22 Paid $3,800.64 ck 1223 on 1/9/23 They did Not pass Inspection & refuse to do what inspector requested. Need falling prevention device on 2nd floor windows. along with hard copies of pictures.Initial Complaint

My complaint about ***** ______ and renovation305 ADBA ******************* ******************** Contractor is, i continue to be told a final inspection has been scheduled and a final inspection has not been scheduled and its going on 7 months since the work has been completed. Another problem is when the permit expires there will be an additional charge to schedule an inspection. When I asked the ************************** Department? What does that mean? The building department wants me to make a complaint. *** made calls and written ***** emails to his office many times only to be told the inspections next week! However, no one ever shows up to perform the inspection which has resulted in my neighbor wasting two days of his time waiting. I have to give you advice Ive learned when having work done in ******* which is have the customers withhold a substantial sum of the money until the final inspection has been completed. It appears that my problem was that I was a good guy and paid this contractor in full and now the permit is about to expire. And no inspection. That means the job is incomplete. Ive called the ********** Construction **************************** and spoke to every department 5 times. When I call they contact ***** only to get another story about story about scheduling an inspection from ***** and the inspection never happens. I purchased 3 windows and a door from ***** ________ at Renovations305 in January of 2023. The contract amount was fair. The work performed seems very professional. Is it? Or is that there a reason why they have not scheduled an inspection? Thank You K_____ M________
