      I have had Figgers service for more than 3 years now. My network package overtime was adjusted as needed, as I was travelling and my number stayed active and routing calls even when I was in different parts of ****, *********** and ****** during travels. Am extremely happy with their service and its coverage across the Globe (not just US).I my wife had their Figgers F3 phone some years back, and she was very happy with it. It was unlocked and when travelling we just switched its SIM to the local carriers and it worked perfectly.

      I am a disabled parent of a special needs child who studies from home. As a result of my disability I qualified for the Free Connectivity Program which provides internet service to families like ours who need it but cannot afford it due to a fixed income. 2 months ago our internet got shut off for nonpayment. I wasn't sure whaat happened, but I got in touch with the Free Connectivity Program, and they told me a company called Figgers Communication has my credit and had been receiving payment for the last several months using my name and my credit. The funny part is that in order to change service I need a code that I get from the Connectivity folks. So how Figgers got my information I am uncertain, but after several times of trying to ask them to STOP STEALING from me and my family they are unresponsive completely. No replies to email, phone, or other, and absolutely no answer as to how they took control of my credit without my approval or that number that even Spectrum needs for me to be able to use the credit. Figgers sent me a phone, which is still in the box, and told me it was for free phone services. I didn't know what it was from, and did not order it, but when I contacted them they said I needed to somehow get it back to them. So as a disabled person who doesn't drive this means I need to 1. find and pay for packaging and shipping myself. 2. get someone to drive me to a *** store in order to drop it off. Only at that point will they "give me my credit back", but all I keep asking them is why they stole it to begin with? I didn't order the phone or use/ activate it at all. I told them it was a mistake, and they said I got it at an event that I did not even attend, so there must have been a mistake. Now I don't know what to do.

      I have tried every way to get ahold of this company without a single response! I was only seeking out info about service. And they are fraudulently charging my ACP. The only way I know this is because I am getting emails saying that ACP is paying for the charges. I returned the equipment unopened, because I only wanted information. I definitely dont even want the service since they wont respond to any of my communications.

      I was highly recommended by ***** ********* to subscribe with Figgers Wireless but immediately I realized that the customer service lacks to be desired. I had a free trial period which gave me the opportunity to analyze the product and decided to stop using it. The quality of the calls were bad. I won't recommend the company to my best friends.

      My service was never perfect but the last few months have been horrible. I call in and they say they have to send me some sort of update, but now i have 2 bars in my house and the data won't work either. People always complain my phone goes to vm when they call and I have to go to my bathroom in a corner to make calls out, or go outside. I was thinking I need to change my plan but now the rates have gone up, is this why my service is now changed to make me have to upgrade to the new higher plans? This is the worst service ever!!! I wish someone would contact me back before I have to cancel. I have called several times and on hold, I get the message to leave my info for a call back but no one ever does!!!
