1 starAlliance Movers LLC deserve no stars for service as I was scammed, lost items, lost boxes, broke china and furniture. Things missing, furniture damaged, and allowed animals to get into my household goods. It was a ****** **** nightmare that I cannot recover from! They offered to pay $350 in reimbursement. This is a broker not a moving company. Please protect yourselves and your goods by not using these criminals! A very sad senior.Review fromMissy B

1 starThe movers were very professional and courteous, but I feel like this was a total bait and switch. Quoted one price and the movers demanded an additional $1000 when they arrived to move us out of our storage unit. They had us captive and we had really no option but to agree. We should have been told upfront that it is variable pricing as opposed to being quoted a flat rate. Its a total scamthey know you are at their mercy and totally take advantage. Worst moving experience ever as a result!Review fromRobert H

2 starsNo customer service. Took 7 weeks to make our delivery. False information regarding delivery date. ******* wreaked of cigarette smoke. Dropped one of our pool table slates. Would have left 1 star, except our goods were finally delivered in good condition.Review fromThomas W

1 starThis business is NOT BBB Accredited.. I know why! This is literally the most deceitful and corrupt Company that I've ever had an experience with in my Life. They will lie directly to you during the "quote" process and say anything to close the deal. Once that occurs, and they have your payment, the will treat you like garbage. In my case, they "guaranteed" a delivery on a Monday, the day after I arrived at my new House. When I called that day, the delivery was not even scheduled. They then kept my belongings for 5 days, and called me, while I was in another State and was informed that they would deliver my belongings the next morning at 8AM. Less than 12 hours notice. If I wasn't there, the would drop my things outside in the weather, OR put my things in storage and attempt to charge me for everything they could get their grubby little hands on. When I paid someone to meet them at the House, they held my belongings for ****** outside my House, until I immediately sent a Cash Payment of $150 to the driver to bring the belongings up 1 flight of stairs, even though "Stairs" were clearly marked in the contract. Oh, and I had to have the guy I hired help them deliver. Just incredible. After this fiasco, and their strong arm tactics, I arrived to find that several of my most expensive things were destroyed by being mishandled, and they had "lost" my Hand Truck that was with my things. Read and Heed the complaints below. I assure you they are accurate. These are degenerates that will take whatever they can get. If I had time for their deception I would sue and submit a claim. But it's just not worth it b/c it would waste my time for little return and take me to their level. Which is EXACTLY what they count on. Watch out for ***** ****** and ***** ******. ***** liars with no morals or ethics. Beware! And stay away from this Company!Review fromDonica S

1 starWARNING - SCAMMERS: theft, property damage, bait and switch, contractors, fake reviews, poor customer service, no quality assurance, scam After looking at the reviews and having called this "business" multiple times in a week, it's fair to say the good reviews look fake, and they are in fact holding my items hostage. I talked to ***** (01, November .) on the phone to schedule pick up (02 November) and told him I need my things delivered out of state to a storage facility 4 days later (06, November, 24). I wasn't told anything about (first delivery day, and to date still haven't gotten anyone on the phone to mention the 21 day delivery window specifically.)Based on detailed reviews its safe to say my things are probably going to be damaged, lost, stolen from, or all of the above. The price I was quoted was for 1k square feet, at about 3.6k and the movers who came packed up and eyeballed my items and decided without any legitimate measurement that they were going to charge me for 1.3k sqft. They charged for "extra stairs" The movers didn't work directly for the company it seems, and needed reminders to keep working and help moving.Currently I have a shipping container scheduled to be sent by 14 NOV, and nothing to put in it because Alliance still has my belongings. They also don't seem to know where my things are or what is going on with scheduling. I have very important medications in a drawer of one of my dressers by accident and when I asked them if I could fly down to FLL to retrieve my items myself, i was told no I can't come get my things from them. This definitely seems like a multilevel scam and I don't know that I'm getting my things back at all. ******* the contract they mention the guaranteed delivery which was not applied to my job# even though I've been specifically requesting this delivery by date since I was on the phone scheduling pick-up. I have 134 lines for articles listed, we'll see what if anything gets back to meReview fromWilliam T

1 starI wish I could give no stars. When they arrived at the storage facility to load my belongings, they immediately told me that it would be an increase of $1200 of what I originally agreed to. I told him no, and that I would just handle myself and refund my deposit. When the manager said that the deposit was nonrefundable, I told her I would just cancel the charge on my card for them to just not load my stuff. After several minutes of arguing and she put me on hold, she then came back and said oh they already loaded your stuff so she was forced to agree with a price increase of $300 total. She told me that they would deliver the belongings the next day. They move is 727 miles. Let me make this clear I didnt request a next day delivery. She stated that it would be delivered the next day. The following day, which was yesterday, I never heard anything from them. I had to call multiple times and still the manager would not speak with me.. Reason for not talking to me was it was a Jewish holiday and she was not supposed to be working. However, ****, who answered the phone told me that she was in her office talking with someone else and that she would call me back three hours later. She sent me a text, apologizing saying that there was an issue with the truck, I asked her to call me back again. No call. So I called back and they hung up every time I would call. Still no call from the manager still no information on when Im supposed to get my stuff. At this point, I dont know if my stuff was stolen or if I would ever even get my stuff. If I do get it, will it be damaged stay away from this companyReview fromSabria D

They quoted one price and doubled the price when they arrived. I added a few items but they doubled the price. From 10000$ to $24,000 they added a 3300$ fuel surcharge just for no reason. They picked up in NEw Mexico and dropped in Florida. The drive was 2200 miles the cost of the fuel was 1050$ they charged me $3300. They never told me I went over the original quote until they arrived. The guys on the truck were nice but this is a ****.Alliance Movers Group, LLC

The customer had 4 storage units in NM ***** the original inventory that was given by the customer was estimated 1600 CF By DOT guidelines one 10x20 storage unit is equivalent of 1600CF the customer had 3 units. Even if the units were not completely full the cubic footage was still a lot more then originally estimated. We loaded one and a half 26' truck.
Fuel Surcharge is a part of any move and was always on the customers estimate (15%)
Everyone pays fuel Surcharge especially on an Interstate move across the country.
Is Is not up for negotiations. And we did applied over $4K in discounts.
We already delivered one truck to ** from NM Pick up was on April 30 and our usual timeline for an Interstate move is 21 Business days.

Read all the reviews about this company being a scam before you book with them! I only found a couple good reviews and went with them. They must have planted those and got rid of all the negative reviews where I checked. They are a total bait and switch. Shame on me for not doing more thorough research before I booked with them. They will hound you to death to get you to hire them, make you give them a deposit, and then send contract terms indicating they can up the price if they feel there is more than the sales guy said there would be, even after he spent a good hour with me on the phone trying to itemize what was to be shipped. . And there will be a higher price given to you once their moving driver arrives, trust me. They raised our price by $5,000 once they got to the house and that was after we left several media seats and some outdoor patio furniture behind that had been originally noted to be shipped. The guy in charge shows up and immediately says there is more. This is how they say theyll beat any price. They did during the quote, but they get you when the driver shows up. His job is to pad the price as much as possible and then harass you for payment before he loads, and then again before he unloads. Dont cause yourself all the grief this scamming, conniving company caused us. The only good thing was that on the delivery end, they contracted two guys from the local area to help unload and they were great. But ***** their employee was a complete and utter jerk. I dont know how he works for such a disreputable company, but I guess thats all hes capable of. Nor do I know how the sales ***************** sleeps at night either knowing how his company operates. I blame myself for not being more diligent in checking BBB and consumer affairs reviews. Suffice it to say, they made an already stressful situation even more stressful. Stay clear of this business. They have no morals or sense of decency and they are all about bait and switch. Had to put Star but its 0!Alliance Movers Group, LLC

It is unfortunate that this customer feels this way. In reality she was not at the pick up location, her son was. And he understood the enormity of the move and the quantity of the items to be moved!! There was an overload of ****cf!!! It was a big house, huge 2 story colonial with tons of stairs 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, **** sqft and 2 car garage and *************** spaces.
Original estimate had 308 pieces we loaded double that amount. The responsibility for giving a correct inventory of items to be moved lies with the customer not the sales person.
It is the last thing the ********* and the crew wants to do when they arrive at the Job is to recalculate the whole estimate. It Is not their job.

1 starThis past weekend I experienced the worst moving company in my life. They told me they were coming on a Saturday and ********** coming the next day. Then a lady was very rude on the phone. ************** never texted back neither answered the phone. Dont deal with this company theyre a scam and very disrespectful. And they lie a lot for no reason.
