On March 7th I took my dog to Humanitarians of Fla ; as I have been doing for years for follow up vaccines . In accordance with their "reminders." After services were rendered I went to the front desk for payment. I stood there for about minutes waiting and a woman walked up in from outside and requested services for her cats. They immediately took care of her and they took a lot of time to do so while I was standing there waiting. Then a technician came out from the back with a dog and returned it to its owner; the owner came to the front desk and she was immediately assisted. Then another person came out with their pets and just as they were going to immediately assist her; I interjected and I questioned at that point when were they going to assist me . They rudely did not answer. , So after they assisted the 3rd person they assisted me. I paid and when I looked at the paperwork I noticed that the dog had not been weighed . They told me they had weighed him and I told them that the weight shown was the same as six months before . So the front office lady got up and took the dog to the back and informed me that the dog had gained 18 pounds. They changed the information but STILL left the wrong information on the certificate of rabies vaccination. THE SERVICES RENDERED BY THE VETERINARIAN ARE BASED ON A WEIGHT OF 60 LBS. THE DOG WEIGHS OVER 82 LBS. THE SERVICES WERE BASED ON THE WRONG WEIGHT. AND THE VACCINATIONS ARE BASED ON THE WRONG WEIGHT. Following that, I discovered that the reminders for the next set of shots had the same dates of March 2021 . The reminders should have said: March 2025 for the 3 year rabies and All other items to be followed up with 2022. I'm going to follow up with another Professional Vet and nd out it the weight issue is going to require further vaccinations. AT THIS POINT IM GOING T0 MENTION THAT DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAVE LEFT COUNTLESS MESSAGES WITH DR. WILLIAM ***** HE HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS. THIS LETTER IS ALSO GOING TO SERVE AS AN ADDITIONAL COMPLAINT OF MALPRACTICE TO THE VETERINARY SECTION OF THE BOARD OF PROFFESINAL REGULATION. BUT WAIT ; that's not all The next part involves the manager whom calls herself; Audi. Weather spelled correctly or not its irrelevant. "Audi," called me on March 9th and informed me that since I was not happy she would be sending my records to wherever I wanted them sent. Audi said that I had called countless times and had been rude to the ladies they answered the phone which played a part in subjecting me to the above mentioned malpractice and unprofessional behavior. FURTHERMORE I ASKED AUDI T0 PUT ME THROUGH TO DR. ***** WHOM WAS THERE AND SHE REFUSED TO DO S0. IF DR. ***** AWARE THAT I WAS TRYING T0 REACH HIM AND DID NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST ; HE IS IN VIOLATION OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS. HOWEVER; IF AUDI DID NOT INFORM HIM OF MY REQUEST; THEN AUDI HAS TAKEN UP THE ROLE OF PRACTICING VETERINARY MEDICINE WITHOUT A LICENCE. Remember; This doctor presented drugs for my dog and he's not returning calls because of one of the two possibilities mentioned above. Finally this letter will serve as instructions of what Io do with my records : Humanitarians is to send my records nowhere. They are my property and you are hereby instructed to safeguard my property in accordance with Florida law; until further instructed by me. Last but not least; I requested to remove a reminder written on the paperwork they provided me with for this month which states : March 2021 : Heart worm test. They responded that they could not remove it because it was illegal. Well actually if they could just put all their brains together and squeeze ONE OUNCE OF INTELLIGENCE ; they would put It on a separe note. - instead they placed It on a reminder to be done this month. Well its a note that could have been added with an explanation that since Dr. ***** provided a prescription of heartworm medication for a full year Including up to November 2021 ; thus I am not required to do a heartworm test until then. Yet , despite the fact that the reminder is not factual ; they would not remove it; This reminder makes it look as if I am not in compliance. Therefore the call that I received from Audi on March 9 , no oust me from Humanitarians for being rude to staff is nothing more than another cheap attempt to cover up their own mismanagement and too blame others for their own unprofessional mistakes. Incompetence and their own rudeness to others including people they are victimizing . So you see I'm not going to continue with them based on their kangaroo story of how rude I am . INSTEAD : IM HEREBY REPORTING IT ! I will reserve my rights to further options if I discover that their errors have resulted in further damages to me.
