            We paid Suter Air Conditioning Inc $7,061.83 to install a new Goodman A/C unit May 4, 2021. It has broken down 8 times since then for the same issue - a false code (04) saying "locked rotor." Each time they tell us there is nothing they can do until a new part comes in. Now, they won't even return our call for emergency service to get the AC on despite having a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. We need help. Please help us get our money back or a brand new unit installed.

            We have been dealing successfully with Suter Air for the past 8 years with an air conditioner under warranty. They have always put themselves out for the customers...today was no different. Our central air quit on us. Today it is supposed to be in the 80s...this weekend the 90s. From the time we walked into their front door they were very welcoming and helpful. They helped us through the purchase....and within 5 hours from walking into their office...the new unit was installed at our home. The boss at the office said he didn't want us going without the air conditioning. I have confidence in their business because of how they have operated in the past 8 years. I know they will back their air conditioners...and the service is great. Professional, courteous, helpful. Thank you Suter.
