We paid Suter Air Conditioning Inc $7,061.83 to install a new Goodman A/C unit May 4, 2021. It has broken down 8 times since then for the same issue - a false code (04) saying "locked rotor." Each time they tell us there is nothing they can do until a new part comes in. Now, they won't even return our call for emergency service to get the AC on despite having a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. We need help. Please help us get our money back or a brand new unit installed.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/11/17) */ I received the customer's letter dated October 18, 2021, and according to my cell phone records I left a voicemail for the customer on October 21, 2021, at 10:54 AM, apologizing for the situation. I left my cell phone number with the customer and asked him to call me back to reach a resolution and have not heard back from him. In the meantime, the part that failed has been replaced and the system is 100% operational to my knowledge.
