Tri County sent a letter indicating a Special Invitation for me to participate in regarding their hearing aids for 30 days. I scheduled and went to the appointment on May 3rd, 2023.Mr. ************************* who the hearing aid prescription indicated the 30 days trial would begin on May 3rd, 2023, and concludes June 3rd, 2023. I informed **************** would be out of the state until June 4th, 2023.************** stated it would not be an issue and scheduled my follow-up appointment for June 5th, 2023.June 5th, 2023, I went to the appointment I informed **************** did not want the hearing aids. I am here to return them. He stated you are past the 30days trial period. I reminded him about the conversation we had on May 3rd, that I would be out of the area until June 4th, 2023, and he stated no problem.I have tried to reach the company on several different occasions. I finally was able to reach the district manager *****, but he told me that it was nothing he could do. I left the hearing aids with ************** on June 5th, 2023. I have been paying on the hearing aids so that I would not damage my credit. I have not been able to get any support regarding this issue, so for December I discontinued making payment on the hearing aids.As a veteran who has graciously served this country, it is not admirable for a person to go back on their word, especially after informing them of my travel. I ask for assistance with this tissue, due to me not having or utilizing the hearing aids. Your assistance is much appreciated.
