      Today, August 4, 2023, we brought our car in for an oil change that my husband scheduled. while we were sitting in the lobby, minding our own business, waiting two hours for a simple oil change, the service manager, Kristie Weeks, came up to me pointing her finger in my face, screaming “Come with me right now!” I said “No, I’ll wait for my husband, he is in the bathroom”. When he came out, she went up to him and I got up and walked with my crippled leg up to her. She proceeded to tell us, along with Deen Rohler. general sales manager, who joined the fray that we have Covid. We were like “What are you both talking about? We do not have Covid. They proceeded to tell us we had to be sequestered in a room!! We were like “What are you both talking about? We do NOT have Covid. We are long-time customers of this dealership and have spent BIG BUCKS here. Who is saying we have Covid?”. They refused to tell us!! They both handled this entire situation so poorly. They should hage called the Leesburg police and have the accusers arrested for a false report, just like yelling fire in a movie theater. We were both treated like the criminals, and they both allowed the criminals to get away. Both of these VW employees should be fired as they handled this entire situation wron he g. And we should receive an apology from VW. Don’t buy a car here or take your car here for service unless you want to be treated like a criminal and falsely accused.

      The safety of all of our customers and employees are our number one priority.  During your visit, two customers who were waiting in the service area with you and your husband came to our managers and mentioned they overheard you say that you had Covid.  After consulting with our HR department, the managers who approached you were advised that out of concerned for all of our customers and employees, to politely approach you and offer you a mask for safety reasons. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

      During the conversation with the managers on hand, you expressed that you did not have Covid but a compromised immune system and that you were concerned that your oil change would take two hours. Out of concern for your safety, our service manager fast tracked your oil change and you were on your way 50 minutes earlier than previously quoted.

      This is the worst dealer I have ever deal with they over price the cars they sell, I bought a 2019 Honda CRV worth $32000 that had been in accident and ended up paying $48000 I try to talk to many people in the dealer about this and no one was willing to help they all said that was the price, and yes, I did sign papers but the way they do things they you get all roped up and when you realized what you have done is too late, when I looked at the paperwork the following day I almost had a nervous breakdown to the point that the sales man who I bought the car from was worried about me and asked me to come in so that I can talk to the manager who was of no help. Needless to say, the salesman no longer works for them he said he could not deal with them anymore. I would like for them to charge what is the right price for this car because I been searching, for the price they definitely overcharged for this car. I believe something needs to be done about this dealer I think they take advantage of senior citizens like my self

      I purchased a 2019 Certified Pre Owned VW Atlas from Jenkins Volkswagen of Leesburg in Nov 2020 and I cannot express how HUGE of a MISTAKE that was!! Purchase price was around $35,000 and ever since I made that purchase it has been nothing but unresolved problems! I bought it at night and didn't realize the windshield was cracked EVERYWHERE, Carlos the manager told me to "Have my insurance replace it" literally the day after I bought it! Then, 2 months after purchasing I was advised the tires were below safe tread level and that ALL FOUR needed to be replaced. THEN, The apple car play and radio wasn't working properly since I've owned it, they claimed they ordered the radio THREE times before it was ordered! Then the radio came in and nobody called to notify me so they sent it back! Then they again forgot to order the radio and I didn't get it installed until A YEAR AND A HALF LATER!!! The car squeaks obnoxiously when making turns into parking spaces, it is extremely embarrassing and after I demanded a resolution they swapped a few parts and the issue is still there. Then my next problem is the AC has went out three separate times now and here I am again in Florida heat with no AC and Sean the service manager will not return my phone calls. Even Doug the parts manager admits this car has had too many repetitive problems. I have been disrespected by Jeff, finance manager and Kenny sales manager, Cheri ****** pretended she never sold me the vehicle when I called. All around this whole dealership is snakes!! My resolution is I want them to take this car back and replace it with a car that actually works properly instead of screwing me out of more money!!

      We purchased a 2022 Tiguan this week. We were offered 0% interest, 1.9% interest or 3.15% interest which "included" and extended warranty and a car care service plan. When we were given our paperwork we were shocked to see, after accepting the 3.15% that $3,515 was added on to the sale price. When we said there was a mistake they said "no, we said it was included in the 3.15% loan. We never said it was free!" We waited over 2 hours for them to cancel the contract and now they say it will take 6 weeks for a refund. Odd, when we paid them it was instant. When they have to pay us it will take up to 6 weeks!? Beautiful car but shady business dealings. Buyer beware of the crooked bottom line.
