Owner Randy C***** with Visionary Pools. I gave a deposit of $8200 for a pool back in June 2022, 3 weeks later I contacted him And told Him that I wanted to cancel. He answered and indicated it was not a problem but was out of town. He would let me know when he was back in town, 2 weeks later I heard nothing, so every week I would call And text him. He would never answer my calls but, would text back after a a couple days and each week Was a different excuse, after excuses; that he was on a job in Mt. Dora, sister died, family vacation, helping son from hurricane. He kept putting me off each week to get the deposit back. Now he isn’t responding at all, even from my attorney that wrote him a letter. I could see if he had started the job or filed for permits or anything but he told Me he had not started the process back in June as my job wasn’t due to be started until November 2022. I choose him Because he came off As a good guy. He was more Expensive but, I had a good feeling about him. But his behavior now is not a good person nor a good business man. Nothing left to do but, I guess to take him to court. Be careful
