I requested a quote for roof replacement. I feel the representative (****) tried to take advantage of a senior citizen. He stated that he could get me a loan to do roof. I stated it had to be under 5% APR.I had unknowingly signed a contract. When the rep came back to set up a time for roof work- he stated that the APR was over 5%- (I think he said 6 or 7%). I told him that I had stated before I would not have the roof done unless at 5% or lower.I also told the rep I felt he was trying to take advantage of a senior citizen & had acted unprofessionally.A couple of days later the office called to say they had ordered the materials.I called the office back told them that I was cancelling the contract.On 7/17/24 the rep came back & stated I needed to give a written cancellation of the contract. I gave him one which he also signed. I told rep that I would NOT use them to replace my roof if I decided to have the work done! Today (7/26/24) a truck showed up w/ the roofing material! I told him to take it back as I had canceled the contract. This appears to be the company is still hoping to get me to let them do the roof! OR they did not cancel the material order.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize that the loan terms were not to your satisfaction, however, we have no control over the lenders or their credit review. It does appear that our internal communication streams were crossed with regard to processing your cancellation in terms of the speed at which we process our paperwork, roofing projects, and our delivery orders, and for that we apologize as well. We did, however, cancel your contract pursuant to your request and no further commitment exists for either party.Review from Jeff S

This company was amazing and such professionals with everything. I recommend my neighbor to call them as well and lo and behold I received a $300 check as advertised with a Thank You Letter to boot. Its a ********* based company as you can tell by the way they take care of their customers. The site supervisor whose name is ********* actually stopped by 4 weeks after the installation to see if I had any problems. I couldnt have done any better with choosing Covenant to take care of my needs.Review from Rhonda T

I highly recommend Covenat Roofing, it's a company that runs like a well oiled machine from start to finish. You are kept informed throughout the process. Everyone knows their job and performs it well. They made sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards. If I could give them 10 stars I would have. Covenant did an excellent job for me on 2 of my houses. I referred Covenant to 2 of my neighbors a they did a great job on those 2 houses. Not only were ********* beautiful and on schedule, but the cleanup was excellent.Review from Robert M

Covenant Roofing removed my cement tile roof and installed a Decra HD metal roof on our home in 5 days start to finish. They are a company that keeps their word, always addresses any problems quickly and never ignores your comments. Excellent company, Very professional, quality service, the roof replacement was beautiful. Our roof had been replaced in 2019. I referred someone this year and they got their roof done. They sent a $300 check, for the referral and completion of the referred customer's roof.Review from Lynn R

October 2021 Covenant put a new roof on our home. One of your downspouts was bent in. That was over 3 months ago and it's still not repaired. A guy in an everyday pick up truck was sent to fix it but he had the incorrect size. His comment was "It's what your neighbors have". IT WON'T FIT OURS. He said he would be back out. That was over a week ago. A man from Covenant came out to inspect and took pictures. No word from his either.Before Covenant leaves after the "job completion" check everything twice since they won't come back out.***************************Covenant Roofing & Construction, Inc. Thank you ***** for bringing this to our attention. It is no excuse, however, we were under the impression that the original gutter contractor that we hired to repair the damaged had in fact taken care of the repair. Please accept our sincerest apologies, not only for this confusion, but also for our miscommunication with the homeowner. Today, we have secured another contractor to complete this work and we have been informed that the work is scheduled for Thursday January 11 between **** am. The experience with Covenant was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Kevin spent a fair amount of time answering my questions prior to me making a decision on which of the two "preferred" roofing companies I was considering. Adrian was much the same. Both were patient, professional, and interested in what I had to say. I felt very comfortable with the project in their hands, and I'm one who is extremely particular about things being done correctly the first time. *********** ***** ** *** ** *** ** *** ****** ** ********** *** ********** ** ******. The pleasant working environment within which the crew operated seemed to be cohesive. The attention to detail, not only with the actual installation, but also the cleanup and, as ***** suggested, these folks were there when they stated, used the magnetic rake to pick up any nails missed during the installation, and more. If asked, I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this team!
