      Our transaction started on Feb 12, 2022, with Andrews Tree Service Leesburg, FL 34748. We hired him because he is an Arborist. In The Villages, we were told you have to ask permission to take down trees. Our property is small the 2 oak trees were giving us issues with our irrigation system breaking. He told us the total bill was $2300.00...$500.00 for his arborist report. Stump Grinding included. His services was paid in full to our knowledge. During a branch being taken down, it hit our gutter and did some damage to it. It wasn't major damage. His worker told us that Chris the owner will be in touch with us. We never heard from you days after. My husband called him about it. He said he will take care of it. Not at any time did Chris have a professional company come and assess the damage. Chris finally showed up on March 16, 2022, 5 weeks later to take measurements. Chris said his friend can do the job. I told him I wanted a professional company to do the job not a handyman. His attitude was a lot to be desired not very professional toward customers considering his company caused the damage. He told us we are on a waiting list with **************, Leesburg, Fl a 31/2 star Co. Searching around I found this company had 28 complaints to the BBB from customers. Since months have gone by with nothing being done we were recommended to contact ***********************************, Ocala, Fl a 5 star rating no complaints on BBB from customers. They came out to look at the damage on April 23, 2022. They said they may be able to fix it without replacing the gutter. We agreed, and they did fix it very nicely. The bill was $35.00. This is 11 weeks later and still, Chris didn't know when the gutter would be fixed. Chris had no intentions of paying for the damage. I sent him a copy of the bill. It is lightly written but you can see it's for $35.00 & worked done. The company letterhead is very clearly visible printed in bold black lettering with the name, add

They scanned in a faded carbon copy of a hand written invoice that is not legible at all. I informed them of this. They have refused to provide me with a legible copy of an invoice and instead have proceeded to slander my name. Accidents happen and we are quick to respond when something does not go as planned. I contacted whites aluminum and they were placed on a waiting list. We communicated weekly about this. They grew tired of waiting and chose to hire someone themselves. Which they have every right to do so. They chose to not get estimates. Which isn't cool. But okay. They chose not to communicate with me about this decision. Which again is not cool. But okay. They sent me an invoice that I can not read. I have no issues paying a reasonable amount for a professional company to make the repairs. But I am not psychic and will not just send them a blank check. They can send me a legible invoice at any time. Until then I don't know what to say. How can anyone pay a bill when they don't know what they owe?
