      I had my AC replaced by this company November of 2022 and it is already broken. They accused me of changing out the motor and wants to charge me $900-1000 to add antifreeze to a part that is covered under warranty. So in essence according to the evidence they installed a refurbished AC unit that didnt have original motor then accused me of changing it out. I dont have extra money to change out a motor of a brand new AC that I paid ***** dollars on. Then found out from an inspector that everything was installed incorrectly. I called in September to have the issue resolved but have been given extra costs so they can fix their problems.

      Hello,

      It is true that we offered the replacement service of the central air conditioning system.
      It is true that the unit's compressor is damaged.
      The causes of this damage can be several from electrical voltage oscillations to work the system without the required air filter.
      When you tell us that you were trying with cooling, we provide an Under *************************** and when we received the technician report we found that the capacitor had changed because we found it is not the original that comes with the system.
      In other words, an air conditioning technician, from another company, had replaced a piece and had installed another that does not correspond to the system.
      That is why we claim you about the right to perform guarantee services.
      On the other hand, the cost we are asking to cover is only to change the piece because the manufacturer does not cover that low guarantee because they know that it does not correspond to the originals of the system.
      Once again, we reiterate our commitment to a service of excellence under the guidelines of the signed.

      I am rejecting this response because: I or any other vendor has not changed out the capacitor. As explained this unit was given to me in as condition. Therefore all responsibilities to fix the issue is still with the company. I have yet received confirmation on what  they will do to fix this AC that was operating less than a year under warranty. I should not have to pay extra for bad service already given. Still waiting for my AC to be fixed or for a refund.
