Im not liable for this debt with check cashing store , I dont have a contract with the collection agency, they did not provide with the original contract as requestedInitial Complaint

Okay so let me start by saying I got a loan never missed a payment did great right so after I made every payment the last payment that I owed wich I believe was 112 or 120$ I told them I could pay half now and half in another 2 weeks because my son had Covid and I couldn't pay the refused the halt payment saying they can't expect it and then after that I didn't have money so I couldn't pay so then now I'm late a month and then the next month it went up more talking about it almost 200 now my bill is like 500 but they did t even want the payment the partial payment so now they called me every other day about paying and paying for month I told the lady I couldn't after they refused now it been a couple month and they are still adding more money up and up to mess my credit score up they still haven't reported to credit evacuee they are trying to get it up to a 1,000 in pay back moneyBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/07/19) */ This response was taken verbally by the BBB: We tried to work with the consumer on a settlement as consumer agreed to on March 3,22 for amount of $ 250.00 which at this time was not paid. Please have the consumer called into the office to discuss.
