I made a payment towards my bill 10/18/2021 using the automated phone payment system. The provider did not apply payment of $75 to my account. I called 11/17/2021 and was told to fax in bank statement with proof of payment which I did. I did not receive a call to confirm receipt which I asked Brittany White in billing to do. called and spoke to Octavia 12/06/2021. called 12/16/2021 spoke to Desiree she stated that it needed to be processed. I called today 01/15/2022 to check my balance and it is $75. the bill should be completely paid in full and I have not heard back regarding my bank statement. I am concerned if they do not resolve this matter I will have an issue on my credit report. I made the 10/18/2021 payment of $75 therefore my bill should be reflected as paid in full. I have proof of the fax sent x 2 I believe My fax confirmation is through work and email so I am unable to upload from personal computer but can provide the information if you should require it for fax confirmation and to show what I faxed.Business response
