      I went in to return some Amazon items. The order I was returning items from came in a giant box filled with approximately 10 items I ordered at the time. One item I was returning was in original manufactures box and sealed. The lady working there refused to return it and stated that it needed to be in the exact box they shipped it to me in. Well considering there were several other items in there it is clearly impossible to ship multiple items back in the same box unless I can magically create more of the same exact box!! The item was in its original box and sealed as stated in my return instructions. I called *** and they had no answer for me except Im sorry. So now I have over $40 in merchandise that your store has refused to return. I have been ordering and returning things on Amazon for years and this is the ONLY store/person who has ever said any of this and actually refused my return although it was packaged for return. Who will refund me now?? Amazon wont since I cant return the item so now you should be responsible

      *** Store took package for shipment internationally, ship was a cell cell and declaration clearly shows it was a cell phone and they attempted to ship via ***** You can't ship a product containing a lithium battery on a commercial aircraft, yet The UPS Store routed shipment via ***** **** returned package to myself the shipper after a three week trip around *******. I told The UPS Store I wanted my money back as they failed to ship my package they say it's the post offices problem for not delivering package. I explained to them the package clearly states it contains a cell phone and the **** ships via commercial aircraft and batteries are not allowed to be shipped on commercial aircraft!!!

      ********************* did not disclose to us what he was shipping. He simply told us that he was shipping cell phone cases. Once we explained this to him, he understood his error and re-shipped it with us going **** We used the monies that he paid to ship it ***** and gave him a credit for that amount towards shipping it by **** As far as I know, he has had no other complaints.
